Townhouse with communal pool and garden and two private gardens with relaxation area. With welcome details where you least expect it so you always have a smile. Casa bonita de Miami playa

La casa está bien con la piscina genial , pero la limpieza de cuando entramos no estaba limpia , y los desagües huelen mucho y por mi las flores que tienen que son jazmines las podrían quitar no me justa el olor que hacen y quitan mucho espacio en el patio que hay por lo demás pasemos unos días geniales

Buenos días. Nos satisface saber que pasaron unos días geniales en nuestra propiedad, y que disfrutaron de la misma y de la piscina. Respecto a los jazmines, entendemos que va a gustos, y que no todo el mundo los aprecia del mismo modo, de hecho, en general son muy bien apreciados por nuestros inquilinos, y, aunque están elevados, no ocupan más del 5% del espacio. Respecto a la limpieza, sentimos que tuvieran que esperar a su llegada unos 40 minutos hasta que terminara la misma para dejarla completamente limpia y desinfectada, puesto que los anteriores inquilinos estuvieron con su mascota sin nosotros saberlo (no permitimos la estancia de mascotas). Por ello les ofrecimos extender 2 h más su salida. Finalmente, comentar que el olor de los desagües es poco habitual, entendemos que podría ser debido a alguna situación puntual del alcantarillado de la población, especialmente en largos períodos de sequía, ya que habitualmente no hay ningún problema al respecto.

Haus mit kleiner Einschränkung

Der Aufenthalt war schön, dass Haus ist für 4 Personen gut nutzbar. Zu der Zeit in der wir dort waren, hatte es wenig geregnet und die Kanalisation hat gerochen, dass ist im Ort generell ein Problem aber dadurch, dass das Haus keinen Keller hat, steht bei einer bestimmten Wetterlage immer den Kanalgeruch im Haus. Für sehr geruchsempfindliche Personen könnte das schwierig sein.

Mise à part les odeurs de remontées d égouts il n y a rien à redire sur le location et sa situation. Les plages sont à 10 minutes à pieds et sont très belles. La résidence est sympa et la piscine commune peet de se rafraîchir jusqu'à minuit.

Casa comoda

La casa esta muy bien con la piscina, cocina, lavabos y habitaciones. Lo mejor es el jardin trasero. Un poco lejos de la playa, se necesita coche. Esta alejado de todo, se necesita coche para cualquier cosa. No devuelven la fianza completa ya que se cobran cualquier minima cosa que no este perfecta... En nuestro caso toallas utilizadas para la piscina... Cuidado!

JOLIE MAISON AVEC PISCINE , il faut prendre la voiture pour la plage mais la ville est trés agréable et la maison est sympa pour des vacances tranquilles
