2-bedroom villa with a cosy outdoor area, beautiful garden and large communal pool in the Salobre Morro Golf complex. The villa is located 300 metres above sea level on the Salobre Golf course with views of the golf course and mountains. It is the perfect place, just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom, access to the terrace, en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. Downstairs there is 1 living room with dining area, 1 kitchen and 1 toilet.



The house is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, highchair, air conditioning (cold/heat), internet (WIFI), satellite TV and DVD player.



The house has two sun loungers and no more are provided.



The outdoor area



The outdoor area has a terrace, hammocks, garden and parking. There is also a communal area for the Morro Golf complex with terrace, hammocks, outdoor shower and heated communal pool (01.10 - 31.05.).

The surroundings



The house is located in a beautiful complex on the Salobre Golf course. Two 18 and 9-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills under the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green gardens, the running track around the golf course and the peaceful atmosphere just a few minutes' drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The complex also has a hotel with restaurants, spa, gym and a supermarket.
