After the extension and restoration, the room has spacious rooms: two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. A generous porch constitutes the entrance to the living room - dining room, the main axis of the house. The abundant presence of wood, insulating and aesthetically warm, permeates the environments of a well-being effect. The rooms bathed in light overlook the garden and the garden where we can enjoy the red sunsets, especially spectacular in this area of the Island.
Casa La Verada has a private pool whose dimensions are: 8mx4m and its depth 1.40m.
After a short walk from the village you will arrive directly at the house through a rural path. The house is kept in a wonderful isolation, surrounded by a green landscape covered with beautiful trees and as background the impassive horizon of the sea.

Eine erholsame Woche im Frühling

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand, aber dennoch nicht abgeschieden. Durch die günstige Lage kann man fürs Einkaufen und Essengehen auf das Auto verzichten. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen geeignet. Der Pool ist wunderschön, war aber im März noch recht erfrischend.

Superbe vue

Jolie petite maison avec une superbe vue sur l'océan. Très beaux couchers de soleils. Et environnement très calme. La piscine était particulièrement agréable.
