Our property is set within in 56 acres of private woodland and fields within the Perigord National Park. Situated in a small hamlet just outside the typical French village of Miallet, Dordogne. Miallet offers a range of shops to keep you provisioned for your stay and excursions further a field will offer a wider range of cafés and restaurants for you to try. Larger supermarkets are a short drive away.

The property is particularly suitable for families, couples and groups, also welcome are your well behaved four legged friends, who would love to be part of and enjoy your holiday too, exploring the woodland and fields, swimming in the lake (sorry no dogs in the pool or or pool ares).
This beautiful setting has everything to offer for a peaceful, relaxing, rest full holiday.

The barn is approx 200 years old and was originally a cow barn and hay store. Converted in 2005 and has since been our own home. Now there is just the two of us as the kids are off doing their own thing we are letting this property for others to enjoy hopefully as much as we have. The barn is let on a self catering basis and can sleep up to 12 people with room for cots. Set in a large courtyard with one other holiday accommodation. (The two holiday lets do not overlook each other and both have private space, it's just like having neighbours)

The ground floor main living area has the kitchen, dining and seating in front of a big open fire. Off of the main area is a double bedroom with doors out onto the courtyard, a lounge with TV etc and doors out to the large rear garden, a utility room and shower room.

The first floor has a walkway around the large living area giving access to two bedrooms with extra mezzenines which sleep 4 in each room, a separate bathroom and another double bedroom with seating area.
