We had a super week in this first floor apartment.
We had a super week in this first floor apartment. Fantastic views of the sea, the beach and nearby countryside. There is a lovely promenade running alongside the beach and a nearby bistro, which serves drinks and hot meals. Parking is excellent with the reserved bay right outside the front door. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious with a lovely comfortable mattress on the double bed. We will be returning.

A beautiful flat in a stunning location.
A beautiful flat in a stunning location. The view from the lounge is just incredible over the coastal area. The flat is spacious for 4 people although we were only 2. It is well equipped with everything you need. The host was very responsive and helpful and we didn't encounter a single issue with our stay. The host was also very accommodating in Covid times with uncertainty etc. We will certainly be looking forward to our next booking.

The apartment was well equipped, however although the tv was quite small, it's position so high up it was difficult to sit and watch it.
Some of the knives were rust marked which detracted from an otherwise good standard of equipment.

The apartment was very well equipped probably the best we have stayed in for years, plenty of room for a small family with nice comfy beds. Lots to do in the area we loved the millennium coast path and the views from the apartment were amazing. Lots of places in easy reach without having to drive to far we went to Rhossili and again the view here are breathtaking. I would throughly recommend this apartment.

A really lovely and comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment which is very peaceful and has glorious ever changing views over the estuary. The Millennium Coastal path in front is a lovely place to stroll/run/cycle along. We found Llanelli a good location for visiting different places along the coast and inland. There is plenty to do within a radius of an hour’s drive. Perhaps the only downside was the lack of a decent pub/restaurant within walking distance, although others have recommended the Brewers Faye as providing good, standard food. There is a recently opened Bistro on the front but the Menu seemed quite limited. A little further away, the Golf Club restaurant is said to have lovely views but there has been a succession of poor reviews -perhaps it will improve soon? However, this didn’t spoil our holiday as we greatly enjoyed eating our meals and sipping our wine in the apartment watching the sea rolling in and out, and the entertainment of the kite surfers on some nights.

This apartment is absolutely stunning, with the most incredible view of the sea, which is just a stones throw away. It comes well equipped, is incredibly tidy and is spacious and cozy. The area is full of lovely people - we highly recommend going to the Bucket and Spade pub for the pub quiz on a Sunday which is a five minute walk away, full of welcoming locals and a great evening's entertainment. There is a huge beach (Burry Port - Pembrey) which is a short drive away. Also close to the apartment are supermarkets to stock up in, which we recommend doing! All in all, if you're looking for a relaxing stay by the sea, with minimum fuss and a good time - Beachlands is perfect! We would definitely book again!

Fortunately magic weather.
Fortunately magic weather. Lovely flat. Could do with a spare set of keys!. Bath was a dissappointment as no hand holds to pull yourself up & location of tap causes you to burn yourself if topping up with hot water! Everything else spot on.

This apartment ticks nearly all the boxes.
This apartment ticks nearly all the boxes. Clean comfortable especially the beds. wonderful view of the sea. Lots of little extras. We were impressed by the quality of the cutlery and dishes except the cutting knives which were going rusty. The only drawback for us was the size of the television - really small - and where it was situated - right up on the wall near the ceiling! after the first night we gave up trying to watch it and for this reason we wouldn't rebook.

Great views of the sea.
Great views of the sea. The flat is conveniently located for day trips to many of the surrounding areas. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The owner was very responsive to problems. Things that need to improve - there is not enough hot water in the tank for four people to have showers/baths. Many holiday rentals have combination boilers which solves this problem. Also, stairway carpet to flats is old and stained, could do with replacing.
