Apartment was great exactly as described and a huge bonus having parking. Location is superb. Disappointed by no tea, coffee or sugar. Didn't even have any salt or pepper. I bring most things i need from home, but at the very least most accommodation will have salt and pepper. Apartment could do with a really good deep clean there is a lot of stuff and most of it is very dusty, cobwebs in all rooms, but kitchen surfaces clean and plenty of cleaning products. Overall satisfied, thank you.

We have stayed here before and it feels like a home from home to us.
We have stayed here before and it feels like a home from home to us. We thoroughly appreciate what the owner has done with the decor and furnishings, which are very in keeping with the age of the property and indeed the ambience of Buxton itself. We had our own holiday home here for many many years and it has always felt like life slowed down and stepping back in time when we visited here. The owner of this eclectic apartment has encapsulated the whole experience of the history of Buxton. A very comfortable living museum, with stunning views across the old town. This apartment couldn't fail to impress people who love to sample the delights of a bygone era. Facilities perfect, location exceptional, bed heavenly. This will always be our first choice of accommodation but sadly is rarely available due to it's popularity. Thank you for the Bubbly and chocolate - such a lovely touch 🥂
Great location, unusual apartment, very Victorian.
Great location, unusual apartment, very Victorian. The parking is a tight squeeze for a family saloon.

We had a lovely week at The Savoy.
We had a lovely week at The Savoy. We were very comfortable in this elegant flat. The location is outstanding within Buxton, which is a lovely town and one which we know well. We hope to be back. The only reason I haven’t rated it 10/10 across the board is because there is no wifi.

we were the first people to use the Savoy since lockdown due to Cover 19, so were delighted to get away for a short break. The position of the apartment so near to the centre of Buxton was ideal for us pensioners. We experience our first meal out for a very long time.
We enjoyed staying at The Savoy apartment but were sorry there was no wifi, to be fair we hadn't checked. In these times we think it would benefit from having wifi supplied.

The appartment was in our eyes, perfect.
The appartment was in our eyes, perfect. A nice touch was the bottle of bubbly and chocolates left for our arrival. Our only gripe , the heating was turned off and it took 3 / 4 hours to heat the place up, before we were able to take our coats off and relax.

The location of this apartment could not be better! In the centre of Buxton, everything you need within walking distance, private off road parking and beautiful views over the gardens and the crescent (unfortunately now being renovated, but that is not the fault of the apartment!) Buxton is perfect for exploring the Peak District, so many sights a short drive away. The decoration in the apartment is perhaps a little overdone, for a longer stay is would be handy to have room for your own belongings(!), but adds to the charm, as does the huge four poster bed!
The only problem is that it does really need freshening up, everything is a bit worn and tired looking. Still, we had a really good holiday here!
