Akassa bioclimatic chooer for 16 people

We are a 4-star lodging facility, named “one of the 5 most incredible lodgings in Spain” (Turispain) and a finalist for the 2017 “Excellences” International Tourism Awards.
Akassa consists of four independent “bioclimatic chozo cabins” and a fifth chozo—a common area with a kitchen—where guests staying at our property can cook while sharing their experiences and enjoying the fireplace under a starry sky.

Our goal in building Akassa was to adapt the distinctive features of the traditional Hurdes cabin to modern architecture, with meticulous interior design by our prestigious decorator Maria—winner of the “Aurelio Blanco Award” and famous for designing the decor for Cristiano Ronaldo’s controversial 30th birthday celebration.

Each Chozo offers a panoramic view so that, from any angle inside, you can admire and feel at one with nature, thanks to our windows that are over 5 meters high.
Each Chozo is bioclimatic. We have an eco-friendly climate control system that emits heat in winter or cool air in summer through radiant flooring with minimal environmental impact.
The design, construction, and decor were developed to focus our attention on nature and naturally restore mental calm, relaxation, and stress relief. However, each cabin has been designed to represent an ELEMENT of nature and therefore features a series of unique characteristics

We have 4 bioclimatic chozos
- Our eco-friendly climate control system emits heat in winter through the radiant floor and cool air in summer with minimal environmental impact.
- Each chozo has a maximum capacity of 4 people (5 if there are small children).
- In total, we have 4 chozos with a maximum capacity of 16 people

Our rental options are:
- All facilities fully (4 chozos + common area for a total of 16 people).
- Each cabin individually. (Individual chozo with the option to use the kitchen and common area for 1–4 people)
· We have a space where we want you to enjoy part of the experience of staying in our cabins—a place where you can socialize and meet the other guests, with a magnificent view of our starry sky, where you can cook, chat, share experiences, and participate in activities. This place serves as the meeting point.

· Each cabin represents an ELEMENT, and depending on what each person, family, or couple is looking for, we can recommend one or the other. We have a specific chozo for finding “calm, harmony, and inner peace,” another “for deep reflection, for those seeking a change in life, to be reborn,” we have the cabin “For love, creation, and passion,” and finally the cabin “that connects us to Mother Earth, nourishment, family, rest, and protection.”

· To enter the Chozos, we recommend that you remove your shoes beforehand; this way, we leave the energy we bring from our daily lives outside the cabin and can enjoy a floor that is radiant and clean—both physically and energetically.

· Smoking is prohibited inside any Chozo or common area, as we use special paint that would absorb the smell, which would be very bothersome to other non-smoking guests.

We are an ecotourism accommodation. We follow the principles of ecotourism outlined in the “Quebec Declaration on Ecotourism” and the “International Standard for Ecotourism.” Our facilities are integrated into nature, surrounded by pine, olive, and cherry trees, and we minimize our environmental impact.
- Our facilities have a Class B energy efficiency rating. There are no noise emissions, and we minimize light pollution so guests can enjoy the stars.
