Heart of station 3 minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of the center of Morzine, very quiet area. Southwest balcony, view on the Nyon, Pléney and the heart of the village.
Free shuttle stop for ski areas 50m from the apartment.
Housing located less than 10 minutes walk - 950m from the Avoriaz-Portes du Soleil domain via the gondola of Super-Morzine.
Bright and spacious apartment, sleeps 6/8: 1 bedroom, 1 sleeping alcove, 1 bathroom / shower and toilet.
- Beautiful living room kitchen balcony: kitchen, dining room, living room sofa bed (sleeping 140), WiFi, television.

We had a fantastic stay here. The chalet was great, well located and very clean. The hosts were very responsive and answered our questions quickly and throughly. They also left a welcome package which was very appreciated. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Morzine.

Wonderful appointment modern and clean. Comfortable beds and good storage. Apartment was warm and shower was excellent. Welcome gift was a lovely touch. Communication with the host was excellent and reply’s were always fast. Location was perfect just 10 mins to the lifts.

What a fantastic apartment, communication from the outset was superb, it suited all of our needs. Beautifully decorated, well equipped, very warm and homely. Location was excellent less than 10 mins to the boulangerie, 15 mins walk to the Pleney lift, with an abundance of apres ski bars/restaurants along the way. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful few days in Morzine over the Christmas period with our 2 young children. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4, well furnished and designed with a very cosy feel to it. Great location with bus stop 1 minute away or 10 minutes walk into the centre. Véronique is lovely and was super helpful throughout our stay. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. Merci Véronique, on reviendra!

Ski Holiday

Excellent stay for our ski holiday. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Market is a short walk away. Walk into center of town and gondola was pretty easy, even if a little hilly.

We absolutely loved our time in this apartment. It was cosy, warm and very well equipped. Communication (from booking through to the end of our stay) was fantastic and helpful. We will definitely book again.

lovely chalet

Lovely little chalet 5 mins from town. Spotlessly clean and nicer than the pictures portray, very modern and fresh. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location - great views

Brand new apartment, with bus stop 1 minute away. Great location - v clean and well furnished. Helpful host. We travelled as a couple so v spacious, perfect for a family of 4.

Great apartment

The apartment was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable and well appointed and in a lovely quiet location with easy access to Morzine centre. It was perfect for a short ski break for 4 and wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would also be perfect for a family stay. Booking and communication with owner was excellent.Thanks!

Had an amazing trip to Morzine for summer mountain biking with family and friends. Veronique was super helpful and a great communicator. The apartment is well designed and furnished with amazing views, in two directions and easy access to Pleney and Super Morzine lifts. I didn't want to leave and certainly hope to return. It is perfect for bike trips with a secure storage room under the building, a hose pipe as well as washing machine and dryer! Merci Veronique.

Wonderful stay in Morzine

The apartment was perfect in every way. We stayed with our two young sons. Short walk to the city center- bus nearby if you don’t want to walk. Great view of Pleney- we watched the fireworks from the apartment. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Morzine for New Year. The arrival with keys in the secure box was very simple. The property was just as described, comfortable and warm and well situated for buses and into the town centre.

Perfect stay in Morzine

The property was perfect for a group of 4 of us. It was bigger than we had expected. I really well equipped kitchen and lovely modern bathroom with fab shower. The lounge area very comfortable with lovely views. The main bedroom has large bed and plenty of storage and bunks perfect even for adults. The appartment was very clean. Location wise, it was a nice stroll into town. We left our skis and boots at the ski rental place which made the walk even easier, Communication with the host was brilliant - would definitely stay there again

Perfect for family ski holiday

We booked the property again this year because it worked perfectly last year. Again, faultless. Everything you could possibly want, including a bottle of wine and homemade jam on arrival. Underfloor heating was great after a day on the slopes, and everything you could want to cook/ self-cater with. 5 mins walk from supermarket and 10 mins to Pleney gondola. Thank you for another great family holiday.

Great little apartment

Very well equipped apartment exactly as the pictures and described in the summary. Perfect for 2 adults on a short skiing trip to Morzine. Ski bus D stops almost outside but we tended to walk ( 10 mins) to the Super Morzine lift where we were leaving our skis. A short walk to the supermarket and into the village. Wifi was ok but could have been stronger.

Gentiane Apartment

My wife and myself stayed at the apartment the week of 5th March. The apartment had everything we needed, there were excellent communications with the owner, Veronique, prior to our arrival and a very handy information booklet left to inform us about the apartment and the area. Restaurants, supermarket and bus stop all a short walk away. The super Morzine lift is around 10 minute walk, but if you’re skiing into Les Gets I’d get the free bus to Nyon, although we drove as there’s ample free parking.

Absolutely perfect apartment

We are a family of 5. The apartment was perfect for us. Clean, well equipped and a 5 min walk from supermarket/town etc. Linen and towels provided, as well as wonderful details like homemade honey, wine and Nespresso pods! Our 4 year old twins top-and-tailed in the bottom bunk, with the 5 year old on top bunk, so we didn’t need to use the sofa bed. Check in was simple due to key code being texted, and Veronique replied to any messages immediately. I can’t recommend this highly enough; we will be back! Thank you so much.

Amazing apartment and great location

We were the first guests and this apartment was faultless. Owner was amazing and helped us out with a couple of issues which were our fault! Amazing quiet location yet bus D only metres away takes you into Morzine and the Pleney or you can change en route and go to avoriaz. Heating, hot water, furnishings all brilliant and a lovely welcome pack with Savoie goodies! A quick walk down a very steep ramp and you are in town within 7 minutes, supermarket and the all important patisserie. Parking great. Dedicated ski and boot room. Loads of storage space in the apartment. Only 2 of us but would accommodate 4 comfortably but might be a squeeze for 6! Great cooker and fridge freezer. Good quality crockery and even fondue set and food processor. As well as Nescafé pod machine. A real gem of a find.

Great stay, close to village & less than 10min from the slopes

Véronique was a great host. She had prepared a very detailed guide (English & French). Although we didn’t meet in person (she lives in Lyon), she was highly responsive and available to help with any query (for instance, she came up with great restaurant recommendations on the slopes). The flat was very recently renovated and comes with all modern amenities. The rental also included bed sheets & towels which meant we could travel light. Access from Geneva was also very easy thanks to Alpybus shuttles (~1h30min dropping us right at the chalet). Chalet is in a quiet street located 3-5min walk from the city center. Ski lifts are within 10min walk. We left our skis and boots overnight at the rental place, but the chalet also has storage. We had a great stay and look forward to coming back. A great apartment with the perfect hosts

We rented this one bed apartment for 4 weeks in early January 2023. We had friends stay occasionally so our maximum occupancy was 4 adults utilising both the bunk beds and also the sofabed in the living area. We did a lot of cooking and dining in as well as enjoying some of the great restaurants in Morzine. The apartment is really lovely, renovated about 3 years ago but still looking like new. It's really well appointed, not huge but very comfortable for the two of us and perfectly OK when we had our friends stay for a few nights. It was great to have a really good ski store with boot warmers, also a laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/board. The location is great just a few minutes walk from the ski bus stops and about a 10 min walk to the Pleney or Super Morzine lift. Our hosts Veronique and Bertrand were just lovely, really helpful and very welcoming - they were happy to help with anything. They've equipped their apartments really well and thoughtfully - honestly we don't think there's anything they need to improve on - a true 5 star experience - we will be back we hope!
