Located in the heart of Jindabyne, this 3 bedroom apartment, situated on Lake Jindabyne foreshore, has beautiful lake and mountain views, is close to restaurants, shops and the cinema.

The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and and stove and the lounge room has TV, DVD, video, CD/Audio. A slow combustion fire for those cold winter nights adds to the electric heating offered.

There are 2 bathrooms with in-floor heating. Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer.

Great stay

We stayed at this property with friends and our combined 3 kids, while skiing. It was perfect for our needs, with easy lock box in and out, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and lots of blankets. We all enjoyed our stay and would come again! Thank you :)

Best Jindabyne stay yet!

Have been staying in jindabyne for the snow for many years and this place is a little hidden gem (i am almost not wanting to give it a good review so it wont become more popular!) Its clean, good space, has everything you need and more. Good, hot shower (with better water pressure than many other places we've stayed) Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks.

Pleasant stay by the lake

Aranda 1 is a pleasant apartment that has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen has lots of options for cooking and dining. We enjoyed our stay and the extra heat that the fireplace gives you on a cold winters night. We will happily stay here again.

Thredbo getaway

Overall the stay here was good. Karin was helpful and prompt with communication prior to the trip. Booking, updates and entry to the apartment all worked well. Nice and close to town which made it easy to get supplies and head up to the mountain each day. The house itself was clean and had lots of little extra's (firelighters, board games, pots/pans etc) which helps when you are away from home. The heating made the apartment very comfortable, particularly the underfloor bathroom heating! Lucky to have had towels too..a nice bonus! The oven/stove is getting on a bit, but with some patience, it cooks fine. The only negative we had was the bed in the second bedroom - our friends had sleepless nights due to the mattress (dips in the middle). The main bedroom was fine, and the kids slept on mattresses on the floor which were also comfy. With an improved second bedroom mattress, we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you

It was perfect for us!

Could not fault this accommodation. Plenty of room for 6 of us, right on the lake, walking distance to shops and pub, close to mountain biking track for the teenagers and it felt lovely and homey.

ARANDA 1 overrated and very expensive

The property is over rated and expensive for the condition its in. The bathrooms were fine and clean but the rest of the property was a big let down. The outdoor furniture, curtains and carpet in the lounge were disappointingly dirty.

Awesome place

Very nice place to stay was very spacious and clean! The fire place was awesome had everything we needed and close to the main shops in Jindabyne. The view was just beautiful!
