The Gulls Dromana is perfect for a relaxing, enjoyable and peaceful beach escape. Take in the view of Arthur Seat, Dromana, Mt Martha and glimpses of the bay. Only a 10 to 15 minute 1 km walk to the beach and the center of Dromana and an hours drive from Melbourne.
Designed with the traditional beach colours of blue and white The Gulls Dromana includes:

*3 bedrooms:

2 upstairs with ceiling fans
( 1 x queen)
( 2 x single)
1 downstairs
( double sofa bed).

*Large main bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, plantation shutters, carpet.
*Second bedroom has two single beds, plantation shutters and built in robe.
*Downstairs rumpus room has double sized sofa bed and own shower and toilet.
*Main upstairs bathroom has shower and separate toilet.
*Bed linen and towels included in the tariff.
*Port a cot (no linen).
*A mixture of carpet and polished boards.
*Main area open plan.
*Modern fully equipped kitchen which has just been renovated...2021.
*Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and quality fridge.
*Open plan family area has ceiling fan, flat screen TV, relaxing couch and leather armchairs, CD/DVD player.
*Large dining table to seat 6.
*Large Laundry washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and outside clothes line.
*Gas wall heater.
*Air Conditioning.

Perfect house for our family plus doggo to spend Xmas. So well set up we didn’t need for anything Great location, easy walk to the town and beach. Quiet street with lovely views.

Lovely accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was super clean and homely. Jan was a great and responsive communicator.Our dogs had lots of fun sniffing around the big backyard.

Coastal Break

You can sleep comfortably (and coziness with heated blankets during Winter) within walking distance to the beach. Only a short-trip to plenty of independent distilleries too!

The Gulls Dromana is Awesome

The Gulls is a great place to stay. The house is beautiful and has a great beach feel. Nice and quiet with just a 15 min walk to the shops and beach. Owner Jan is lovely and excellent with communication.

Weekend Getaway

Jan was a fabulous host who has been effective as a communicator and offered extended check-in/check-out during the weekend to help with our stay.The place is adequate and clean with rooms that allow bright sunlight during the day. Proximity to shops, beach and Arthur's seat make this a great spot as it is also tucked away for privacy and quiet residence.Great place for a family or friends to go away from their regular busy lives.

The Gulls Dromana a real Gem

The Gulls Dromana is a real gem very clean need and tidy great for a family to use as a base to explore the Mornington Peninsula to enjoy the Winery, Restaurants and shops. It is also very secure for the fur babies with secure fencing and lovely lawn and gardens, can't wait to come back.

Renovation Escape

Good location with view of the ocean, nice quiet street, close to shops and amenities.House was very neat & tidy & well appointed, The bedrooms were fitted with ceiling fans but were quite warm..Overall a nice place to stay.Communication with the owner was very easy.

Near perfect stay

Nearly perfect stay! Great location, very clean, lovely fully fenced surrounding yard, fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave, not a big deal)! Would be great for kids with the downstairs play area. Only thing that would've made it better were if extra towels were provided, but we'd just bring our own next time. Would love to be back soon!

Lovely Getaway

My family had a beach house in Dromana for 30 years and Dromana was part of my childhood. When the property was sold, as my parents found it difficult to maintain, I knew that I always wanted to buy a home in this special place. In 2007 I was lucky enough to find a house that ticked all the boxes. My idea was that I wanted to create a house that I could enjoy as well as others. I wanted it to provide everything for a holiday so that guests didn't have to load up their car with 'just in cases'!!! I have endeavored to set The Gulls Dromana up as such a retreat and look forward to sharing it with you.
