Situado en el borde del lago Swan y sólo 2. 5 horas de Sydney, esta casa de vacaciones está situado en una zona tranquila con hermosas vistas del lago y el Parque Nacional circundante. Estropeado por las opciones de playas que es una unidad de 2 minutos a Cudmirrah, Kirby o Berrara playas que ofrece gran pesca, buceo y surf.

Para los amantes de la naturaleza, estamos ubicados a 50 metros de la entrada al Parque Nacional de la Conjola, con acceso para vehículos a la apartada playa de Monument. Para los más aventureros, tome un paseo por el parque hasta las hermosas playas de Washerwoman y Dee Beach en Bendalong. O llevar a los niños a Fishermans Rock para lanzar una línea de pesca pacífica o la simple diversión de saltar de la roca en Berrara Creek.

Swan Lake es un gran destino que ofrece esquí acuático, natación, vela, piragüismo, kayak y pesca. Despertar cada día a la hermosa vida silvestre y la llamada de la noche de los majestuosos cisnes negros.

Está a 100 metros a pie de la cafetería local / tienda para recoger el periódico de la mañana y también sirve un gran café, batidos de leche y comidas lite. Al otro lado de la calle de la tienda es una playa de arena de lago para los niños para disfrutar de una tarde nadar.

Una brisa perezosa

La casa tiene dos dormitorios y cómodamente 6 adultos. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen size y el segundo dormitorio una cama queen y 2 individuales con dos dormitorios con ventiladores de techo. Cuarto de baño individual y WC separado y lavandería con lavadora.

El salón está situado en la parte delantera de la casa que da al lago. La propiedad tiene un woodfire para mantenerlo más acogedor en los meses más fríos.

El patio frontal es donde usted pasará la mayor parte de su tiempo admirando la vista increíble sobre el lago, comedor al aire libre y amigos entretenidos para las bebidas de la tarde. Situado en la parte trasera de la propiedad es una barbacoa de madera.

Esta casa es ideal tanto para las vacaciones familiares con cargas para los niños a hacer en un bloque de 1000 metros cuadrados con columpio y trampolín o grande para la escapada romántica.

Lovely property

Just a wonderful place to stay

What a delightful relaxing weekend we had. The property is clean tidy warm and well equipped. The view is wonderful. We walked, we read, we chatted around the fire, we watched the birds and the lake. Highly recommend a stay if you need to sit back relax and unwind. Thanks Lisa and Mark

Amazing

Absolutely perfect to get away from the mad rush and just kick back, watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy the company of all the wildlife and stunning view of The lake. Communication was second to none, and the warm welcoming we had made us all feel at home instantly. Have recommended to my friends and family to come down and enjoy all the luxuries this slice of paradise has to offer! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing

Beautiful location. I enjoyed my morning coffee every day overlooking swan lake saw heaps of kangaroos in the backyard. Possums came right on the porch they loved the grapes.lisa was amazing very helpful and keep in mind theres no reception there but personally i loved that kept the kids of their phones instead we went to a few beachs n a cruise n played board games had a bbq . The community there is beautiful everyone we saw greeted us with a wave or hello

Lovely home and wonderful hosts

What a lovely home and perfect for our little family. Kids had ample opportunity to run barefoot in the back garden, play on the tire swing or huge trampoline. Especially after we spent the day going to the beach or for a nature walk and all us parents wanted to do was enjoy a drink by the firewood bbq. We spent breakfast on the porch and embraced the sunsets of the lake when the days ended. Our hosts thought of everything and we did not want for comfort. Highly recommended.

A Lazy Breeze

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lazy Breeze in Cudmirrah. The house was perfect for our family group (parents and teenage/early 20s kids), very well equipped and excellent communication from our host Lisa. We especially enjoyed spending time relaxing on the front deck. Great to have a coffee shop/café/pizzeria so close as well as easy walk to beautiful beaches and around the lake. It was a beautifully quiet location, and we enjoyed the peaceful bushland surrounds and interactions with the local wildlife!

A prefect Christmas at A Lazy Breeze

Me and my partner stayed at A lazy breeze over Christmas and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. House was prefect, clean and in a great location. We spent our mornings walking the national park, the afternoons on the beautiful lake across the road and our evenings enjoying the garden and veranda with visits from the local wildlife. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Lisa and Mark for a great Christmas 2021.

Relaxing weekender

This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. An unpretentious holiday home directly in front of the lake, fifty metres from the National Park, and a short drive from spectacular beaches. Cudmirrah has not been spoilt by development and even on the weekend when the caravan parks were busy it didn’t feel over run. We loved the kangaroos lounging on the grass, the friendly possum and the array of bird life- we even saw a family of swans on the lake. I can’t wait to go back.

Amazing! Exactly what we were looking for.

This property is ideal for a relaxing escape. The location is brilliant. We couldn’t get enough of the view and the breeze from the verandah. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable and at home. Everything we needed was right there. We would definitely come back to this gorgeous home!

We felt the lazy breeze. Amazing place!

It's a beautiful house in an amazing location close to the lake and the forest. A lot of kangaroos visited us during our stay. The property was clean, tidy and well equipped - you won't miss home. It was great to talk to you Lisa, you answered all our questions before we arrived which was really helpful. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and hopefully be back in the near future.

Excellent property in perfect spot

The location of this property is perfect, across the road is a beautiful bay, the wildlife visit regularly, yard is large and perfect for kids, cafe close by and everything you could need is only a stones throw away. The home is Very clean, modern appliances with fans. The beds are comfortable, the lounge is perfect for lazing about, the fire pit and outdoor area is great. Excellent communication. We define will be back.

Lovely spot for a family stay

He had a great stay. Lisa was great with her communication and helped us answering questions prior to our arrival, while we were there and afterwards. The house was lovely and our toddler enjoyed jumping in the trampoline, playing board games and sitting by the fire pit. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Gorgeous views

Lovely, well appointed home on the edge of the lake. Such gorgeous views to wake up to. The kids enjoyed the regular visits from wallabies and all sorts of wildlife.

Very nice place to stay

Very nice place for family, closed to beach, shops and small town Sussex Inlet which only 10 mins drive with many shops and everything from a small town. We will be back again. Thanks Lisa!

Hope we can come back, sooner rather than later...

We had such a great time here. The kids exhausted every night - sure sign of good times. The house was perfect and had everything we needed and more. I relaxed. We read. Went to the beach and out on the lake. Kayaked. Played 'spotlight'......

Wonderful and relaxing stay...

It is truly a slice of heaven and although there is so much to do in the area, the best memories of the week will be of here, sitting on the deck, kids on trampoline, in cubby house, sipping on a wine or two. Thankyou for your hospitality and making this an easy and relaxing holdiay with young kids. .....
