This home is located in Indian Wells which is located literally five minutes from the gates of the Disney parks. The privacy fence provides the seclusion you deserve to enjoy your private pool to the max!

Our gorgeous heated & illuminated swimming pool will cool you down after your relaxing hours in the glorious Sunshine after long days at the theme parks. And to get better, the pool faces a lake offering all the privacy and tranquility needed. Please note there is a small charge to heat the pool.

Great house.

House was perfect for 3 adults and 1 teenager. Location was amazing! We would definitely rent again.

Great Long Weekend

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee for our baby moon. Location was great and within 20 minutes of Disney attractions. The pool was a great amenity and the canal and park views were beautiful. The house was great and had everything we needed. The air vents could use a good deep clean and the sliders were older and harder to open if I had to find anything constructive to say. We both agree this is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at near Disney and hope to return some day, as the property even included a high chair and pack and play for our future family.

January trip

The house was clean and met any expectations based on the listing descriptions and pictures. Weather went from hot to cold and blustery and the A/C and heating worked well.Only issue was the mattress in the main BR was sagging enough to become noticeable item for my wife and I.Everything else was great

Exactly what we needed for our long weekend in Orlando. Location is the best feature in my opinion. Traffic is heavy in Orlando so being close to most everything kept us from spending too much time in the car.

Nice location

Property overall was nice. It definately needs a new fridge and a new set of cookware. Living room furniture is getting pretty worn too.

Perfect!

This house had everything you needed. BEAUTIFUL view, pool, and best of all location. Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld are all close by Walmart next door Restaurants and shopping galore. Loved it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great Quiet Getaway

Our family attended EDC Orlando. We wanted a quiet home to come to, and we found it. The location of this cozy home let us sleep peacefully. and the pool was a plus. It’s close to many stores. Including Walmart! We would definitely come back. The home has everything you would need for a stay. Our family really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Comfortable house

Overall spacious and comfortable house. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. The freezer leaks, it freezes and water drips into refrigerator. The food in refrigerator freezes. Consider lowering the water heater temperature a little because the shower water comes out dangerously hot.

Cute House

The house was nice. If you want to use the heated pool you have to pay for the heat and it is only heated during the day. We paid and couldn't enjoy it because we were at the parks all day. Didn't know about the heating hours until we got there. Also if you don't mind the owner not getting back to you then this is where you want to stay. I only heard from him when I had to pay for the heated pool and when I finally got him to answer me on how we were going to get into the house. I still have unanswered messages to him.

Cancelled and Ghosted

The host did not send any access information and the morning of I reached out to Vrbo requesting this info. They provided me with the host’s contact information who got back to me a few hours later to say I couldn’t check into the property I rented but they’d provide me with another. This never happened! They agreed to let us know when we could enter the property and send details then. We waited around for the 4pm check in and 15 minutes prior to this, at 3:45pm we received an email that our reservation was cancelled. Zero explanation from the host nor did they return any messages since the one saying they’d let us know when we could enter the new agreed upon location. They completely ghosted me! Thankfully, Vrbo did come through with helping us find a last minute accommodation. I can only imagine what would have happened if it had been high season! Do yourself a favour and do not book with this host. I should have listened to the other people that had difficulties.

Not great

We showed up and the house smelled like no one has been there in months, the kitchen ceiling had a hole in it from what appeared the be water damage and mold was visible so there was no telling how much mold was in the attic we couldn’t use the bedroom at the front of the house due to the smell and we had to deal with the cockroaches constantly when we went to wash the sheets the mattress had a red stain that instead of being cleaned was jus covered with a paper towel we left the place cleaner than we found it.

Always a Pleasure

The house and appointments are a step better than one usually finds in Indian Wells, but it is the location on the pond that anchors the area that really puts the icing on a very nice cake.

CLOSE TO UNIVERSAL & DISNEY PARKS

The location of this property was great, you are about 15-20 minutes from Universal & Disney, and have Walmart down the street which is very convenient. You also have restaurants and departments stores near by. The house is lovely, and clean, love being able to use the garage, loved that the host has a binder with rules/policies and check out instructions which was great easy to follow. There is a pond which you can view from the pool and a chain link fence surrounds the yard, great if your traveling with pups. The house is an older house but has been updated, the rooms are spacious, and plenty of closet room in all rooms. You will have to bring everything during your stay from paper towels, coffee filters, coffee, trash bags, clothes washing soap, toilet paper, the house doesn't come with any of these much needed items. You are provided with bath towels, which they keep a really good inventory, and if you loose one it states you will need to pay for it, which we didn't use many towels, to afraid to loose a towel somehow. I did have a bit of an issue, I paid for the pool to be heated during our stay of 5 days. Upon arrival on the 1st day we contacted the management company that services the house about the pool heater not being on, the pool water was ice cold. I was told that the heat would take about 3 days to heat up, our stay was only 4 full days, was not aware when I booked that it took this long to heat the pool. Also, I didn't appreciate the smart ass remarks from the management company and way they responded to my concerns. After the 3rd day the pool was still not heated, after many many attempts to contact the host I contacted the management company was not successful, we then contacted VRBO which they couldn't do much cause they didn't have the host contact info but did get a hold of the management company. This was very frustrating, and one of the reason I gave the house a 4 not a 5. Travelers should be able to reach out to the host 24/7 with any rental issues. This was not that case. After the pool heater repair guy showed up on our 4th day at 5pm, and fixed the pool heater it was to late, the pool heater would not have time to heat up properly in order to use it before check out the next day. The pool looked amazing to bad we didn't get to enjoy it during our stay. After several attempts again trying to reach the host, after check out the host finally responded & agreed to refund our heated pool fee.

Canceled my reservation on my way to Florida!

I was super disappointed! I booked this house months in advance for my daughter’s wedding. My reservation was canceled last minute the night before my arrival. I was told it was a plumbing issue so I’m sure I could have been given more warning than that! Spent my 14 hour drive looking for another house on a different site!

Very dirty

First off, I'll start off with saying the backyard and the lanai were my favorite part of the house!! Lots of birds and ducks to keep you entertained. The layout of the home I thought was nice, however, there was mold in every air vent in the ceiling of the bedrooms. When we slept at night, you could smell the mold coming from the air vents. I called the Sun n Fun company and messaged the owner and asked for the owner to place a new air filter to the air conditioner and leave at the front door because it looked like it wasn't changed in over a year with all the dog hair in it. He said yes, however, the rental company entered the home without me being notified. Not cool!! I went to cook dinner one night and the pans had rust or dried food in them. I notified the owner of this as well and nothing was replaced. The house was not clean. The windows were dirty with cobwebs and stains. The sliding glass door to go out into the backyard would always get stuck when opening and closing because of the dirt that was never cleaned out of the train. This rental could be nice if the owner would give it some TLC and clean it up as well as clean out the mold in the air vents. My daughter and I left 3 days early because we couldn't take the moldy smell anymore. She developed headaches while staying there that disappeared after we left this house. I'd be more than happy to provide pictures if anyone wants to dispute my review.

Would rent again.

The location was great along with the relaxing pool and the pond in the back with all the wild life. House was very nice and such a short distance to everything. My only complaints are they definitely need new cooking pans. They are all scratched up and are NOT non stick even when spraying with Pam. Also maybe some rugs inside the house by sliding glass door to the pool. Very slippery when wet. But besides that I would rent again.

Happy with our choice

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and in good condition and met our needs perfectly. I GREATLY appreciate that we could bring our dog and that there was a fenced-in area for him to roam. The street we were on seemed nicer than some of the others in the neighborhood, as some of the properties were a little run down. We felt safe there, that’s important. It was also close to stores and restaurants and central to Sea World and Discovery Cove and not too far from Universal. The pool was perfect to cool off in the evening after a long day. The yard needed some attention, we had to pick burrs off every time we came in from the yard, but it was nice to just have a yard. We also loved being able to park our car in the garage. The washer and dryer were a BIG plus too! There were some little issues that, once we figured out how to navigate, we were good to go. Overall, we were very happy with our choice. I would like to add, my brother, who is in a wheelchair, was supposed to come but didn’t. This house is advertised as accessible, and may be for a variety of disabilities, but for someone who is in a wheelchair, the bathrooms would not have been usable and some of the thresholds may be difficult for some. This would have been a issue for us, had he come.

Clean home located close to all main Orlando attractions

House was great for my family of 4. Great location for traveling to Disney, Universal Studios, ICON Park and local shopping. Home was clean and private pool was well kept with great privacy (only 2 lounge chairs poolside). House was equipped with limited supply of basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc so be prepared to venture out to grab extra. Generous supply of linens was provided along with impeccably clean garage to park your rental vehicle. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept.
