La casa cuenta con 5 dormitorios más de 3 niveles, una cocina, baño privado, baño, sala de estar, comedor bien equipada y acogedora terraza acristalada. El área de la terraza que mira al norte y al este cuenta con 180 grados vistas al océano. La casa tiene calefacción central, un acogedor fuego de leña coonara y aire acondicionado.

Localidad

Howlong Richo Retreat se encuentra en la zona gris Pt solamente 200 metros a pasear al cercano restaurante Pier, Coop Pesca y el histórico Hotel Lorne Pacífico.
Una breve serie de pasos que conducen a la Gt Océano Rd permite el acceso a un árbol de goma plana pista para caminar con dosel que conduce al centro de Lorne a sólo 10 minutos a pie. Lorne ofrece seguro nadar en su playa de surf patrullada principal, un gran parque de patinaje y un parque infantil en la playa para entretener a los niños. Excelentes restaurantes y tiendas de café y un montón de buenas tiendas para las chicas. Great Stay

Great spot on the great ocean rd. Just out of the busy main st or Lorne but still within walking distance. Amazing views will stay again.

Great Stay

Very nice property with ample space, beautiful views, close to beach and walking tracks with quiet surrounding. Host is very accommodative and supportive. Will definitely consider next time.

Great place in Lorne

Near the pier, so a bit of a walk to town, but not too bad (mostly flat). Nice views and easy access to the beach. We were there for a conference and it was good.

Really loved the location, being near the pier. The space in the house was fantastic for teenagers. Would have liked wifi!

HowlongRicho is a great stay

We had a bigger group to stay there and it’s great. It’s had a Tenno of the kitchen since we where there last year. It opened it up a little and was great.

Enjoyable

We have stayed here several times before & enjoyed it every time. Although not the fault of the owners, we were disappointed that the house in front has extended blocking a lot of the great views.

Excellent property

Love the place, has everything you need and the location is perfect. Just 5 mins from the main Lorne area and accessible. The view just from outside the property is gorgeous but unfortunately they’re building a new property just in front of the place that slightly hinders the view but you can always just go to the side to enjoy the view. Will definitely recommend and book again.

Our Lorne getaway

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It perfectly suited our multi- generational family get together. Like much of Lorne, it was on a steep hill- this gave us amazing views of the sea and the pier. We could walk to the beach and shops. The property was very well equipped for everything a larger group would need. Loved it and would certainly book it again.
