Guests initially enter Magnolia Sands by following the sidewalk and signage for Beach Villas Unit 16 to the front door of the home. On the home's ground floor you will find the master suite, the guest suite, a laundry room and seating area near the spiral staircase to the second floor. On the second floor you will find the home's living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and partially-covered outdoor balcony. Walk up another spiral staircase to find the third bedroom. Please note that the spiral staircases between each floor of the home can be challenging for some people to navigate and/or carry luggage.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night.
