Hidden behind the understated weather board and sandstone cottage you will find luxury bathrooms, a beautifully appointed kitchen, fire place, Phillippe Starck bath and crisp classic furnishing which create a relaxed atmosphere.

It doesn't get better than this

We had a beautiful family holiday at Sandcastles. Were lucky enough to stay a week, all the while dreaming about returning every year to use as our Sydney home base. Myself, my partner and two grown sons flew in from LA to visit with family in Sydney over Christmas. Way too overdue. The house is perfectly secluded with gorgeous views of the ocean. Oh Whale Beach, you are a dream. Waking to jaw smacking sunrises from day one was an immense pleasure. Our morning family swims at the north end of the beach will forever be nestled in my heart. We loved the modern but cozy decor, the comfort, the proximity to the beach. A beautiful 5 minute walk. Everything in the house was set up for us, the kitchen so well equipped. It was clear the owners put their home together with so much love and care. The house felt like family, which only made our family vacation all the better. Betina was fabulous, always at the end of the phone for suggestions, questions or needs. Could not recommend more. Hope to infact return again soon. For longer next time! :) Vicky
