The unit was very clean and spacious for a studio. It is a short walk to a lot of amenities and is a nice quite neighbourhood. Also a 10min walk to the tram and grocer.
A short a great stay in this great apartment. Will use it again when we visit Sydney

Everything was great. A few small notes: The floors weren’t properly cleaned - felt greasy underfoot. Could have used extra towels (women tend to need two, one for body and one for hair each) also not enough coffee pods/milk for our entire stay - could have been more generous considering the price we paid :)

Positives: location, amenities. Clean
Negatives: No Air Conditioner or ceiling fans.(small portable fan provided)
With the windows open to keep cool was very noisy ( Trafic), Access to the room (number 8) was externally 3flight of steps without hand rails, internally another set and a half of stairs making dificult to access the room.
We stayed 6 nights two people, (for a very little cost) the following could be improved..,no spare toilet paper, 3 bags of “green” tea, and tree pod of coffee, no face washers provided, provided one of the smallest sachet of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner sufficient for one wash for one person.
Kia ora, After one or two challenges in terms of accessing the internet and interpreting online-only instructions it turned out to be a special stay. The courteous responses to my queries and the charm of the studio means I will be back.

PS Any chance of a simple bench-top microwave to complement the more complex double-oven version?
I stayed at this beautiful place for 8 days. It was convenient to all the places that I wanted to go, including the Lyric Theatre. It was comfortable well set out with a lovely view over the valley. The proximity to the Tram Sheds was great for shopping and outdoor eating as it has an amazing range of restaurants.
I would like to suggest that one small cake of soap and one toilet paper roll are fine for only a night or two but not for 8. A few tall glasses too. However, if that's the only issues, then this accommodation was great value for money.
