With private jetty and river access just metres from the front door, this holiday home is the perfect place for boating, fishing and watersport enthusiasts or for those just wanting to enjoy one of Victoria's best Murray River sanctuaries. It is also an ideal location for golfing and winery enthusiasts with the famous golf courses of Yarrawonga and the Rutherglen Wine Region within easy reach.
Situated directly on the lagoon in Graham Avenue you will have direct access to swimming, boating, kayaking and the river walking trail.
Great care has been taken in the recent renovation and styling of this home. The Scandinavian theme of the interiors is stylish, comfortable and practical with great attention paid to the little details that make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
Our home is situated beside permanent residents and all prospective renters are required to strictly adhere to our noise guidelines which stipulate no loud music can be played at any time during the day or night.
It is not available for bookings for parties and gatherings such as Bucks or Hens events or large parties.
There can be no more than 8 persons staying overnight without prior consent from the owners.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking.
No tents, caravans or camping facilities of any kind are to be erected or parked on the property at any time.
Non-compliance with any of these conditions will result in forfeiture of the bond and/or immediate eviction.
