Marco Trip

House and pool were amazing. Caught a few fish from the dock. Although the weather was quite uncooperative, we enjoyed our stay! New kitchen was nice and loved the open concept living, dining and kitchen.

North side Island stay. Cleam, family friendly

North side of the Island has a larger residential population vs the south end that is more touristy. We enjoyed being on the north and traveling to the south. It was busy on the Island, but enjoyable. The house was easy to stay in. Has everything you need and organized well. Pool is big, can see the sun rise and sunset from the pool deck. Many fish were caught right off the canal. Spent many hours reading and splashing. Property was clean, and had extras of beach towels (no need to bring your own) and enough regular towels for our 10 day stay. Paradise Seafood, Snook Inn, Zaza, Bentley Ice cream -5 stars

Great stay on Marco Island

We had a great time on Marco Island. The kids spent a lot of time at the pool and looking for dolphins in the waterway out back. We were able to get to the beaches and restaurants with a short drive from the house. Overall, a great spring break for our family of 6!

Cozy in paradise!

This house had everything we needed for a week in paradise! Pool area was perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We so enjoyed our stay!!

Nice location, nice heated pool, dolphins in canal!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a little cool during the time we rented, but the heated pool made all the difference, since we used it every day. The house is a bit dated, but perfectly functional and priced appropriately. Seeing dolphins swimming right out back in the canal was a high point. It was very convenient to rent kayaks and have them delivered to the house so we could go kayaking whenever we wanted from the dock. Overall a fun vacation from the frozen snowy north.

Great winter getaway

We had a wonderful time in Marco Island. We stayed in this property for two weeks and loved it. We were in a cul de sac, on the canal with a great view. Neighbors were friendly and we’re booking for next year for the same property. Karen was great helping us with our vacation.

Lovely, peaceful location. Great privacy.

We rented for two weeks. The first week we had lots of family around to help celebrate 50 years of an awesome marriage. The second week was ours alone together. On Tuesday, my husband had a massive heart attack and is no longer with us. Needless to say, the second week did not go as planned. Marco Island EMTs and police department were amazing!

Perfect week!

Had an amazing week enjoying the wonderful view and great pool. House location is fantastic, was clean and suited our family of 5 just great. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location, wonderful view

The outside area of this property is great!! We loved the pool and the large lanai & yard. We had our dogs with us and they had lots of room to play outside which was great! Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The house is well stocked and the rental company was great to work with.

Beautiful location on the island !

House very well stocked, nothing missing very clean and exactly like the photos. Need stairs to access floating dock if you rent a boat. I will probably come again ! Thanks to Karen and the owner!

Great location

The location was perfect , Marco Island is a beautiful place to visit. Pictures posted for this home was 100% accurate and Karen responds quickly to anything that is needed. We had a wonderful time .

Recreation and relaxation

My family and i really enjoyed our time at the Chestnut house. The location was perfect for us. Easy access to shopping, the beach, restaurants, etc. We found ourselves mostly relaxing around the pool or fishing from the sea wall behind the house. We rented a kayak and toured/ fished the waterways around the house. We even had dolphins show up behind the house during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property for families. Well suited for kids.

Canal Vista

Our stay here was all about the view and the pool. Enjoyable boot traffic was entertaining and the outdoor space were just what we were looking for. House was clean, in good shape, and just as described. Also, it was the most “well-stocked” of any house we rented. Hope to return.

Great stay on Marco Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Chestnut house". The location was great - right on a canal, near stores, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The pool and lanai area was also lovely and we watched dolphins swim right outside. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, and appliances. The only minor concern was that the bed and bath linens could use updating. Overall, our experience was excellent and we look forward to returning.
