Amazing lil home away from home 💕

This place was amazing , had to bring my daughter down for church camp so it was my son and I staying here, it was perfect, very amazing hospitality, couldn't have asked for better, cooking ware plates utensils, all was there amazing coffee, jus so comfortable thank you

Location is in a bad part of town. The bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, we were barely able to get sleep due to the cars riding though the neighborhood with loud bass and doing burnouts too.

Great Place

The property was very clean and had everything one would need. Just bring your clothes and enjoy. I would stay again if I was in the area. The only issue was unable to use smart TV, I'm old school.

Welcoming

This was my first Vrbo say. The efficiency apartment met all my needs with easy and safe access. The location was close to Howard Payne. The host was very communicative and quickly responded to emails. I would absolutely request this location again the next time I am in Brownwood.

Cute & Cozy

This was a perfect getaway spot. Very affordable compared to most places around, and gives me a reason to continuously book here. It was so cute and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, but it could use a bed frame that doesn't squeak every time you roll over in your sleep. I will be booking this stay again. Very cute!

Comfortable and cozy

I had a wonderful stay this week. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need. The owner even messaged me when it snowed asking if I needed more blankets. The bed is extremely comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good property.

Good small apartment. Great for one person or a couple. However, the bed makes creaking noises with every small movement. Gave cleanliness 3 out of 5 stars because there were several nats in the kitchen when I arrived. For the price, it is a good property.

Hi Chris, thanks for leaving us a review. I would like to say that I apologize that the bed was creaking. It has no box springs so the noise must have been coming from the metal frame on the bed. We may need to tighten up the screw on the frame. As for the gnats, we never leave food in the apartments long term and I have an excellent cleaning crew. So I will mention this to them and have them make sure all the food is cleaned out that might attract gnats.
