An elevator allows easy access to each floor. The Great Room offers a 60" SMART HDTV w/Netflix (use your own log in). Enjoy the Recreation Room full of fun activities including a Flat Screen TV, Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey and a Card/Game Table! Fun for the whole family! All bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's. Double Headed Shower in Master Bath. Enjoy the exceptional ocean views including a Tower Room. Additional TV room on the middle floor. Relax by the Private Pool (12x24) or in the Hot Tub.

A great home for a large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house is beautiful and accommodated our large family well. It had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and the game room kept kids entertained. Beach access is walking distance. The maintainance staff addressed our concerns promptly and were very courteous. It would be nice to have a chair in the master bedroom to be able to sit in while getting dressed or relax away from the activity. Also I am older and could barely get into the very high bed so a footstool would have been helpful. It was a beautiful home and we would come back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both houses we rented were not up to par for our families who came in for our wedding. Too many issues to write. The carpets, by far, being the worse. Disgusting.
