outstanding location (BGC) close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Great security. Wheelchair available at request. Washer was a plus. Only thing was that there was no free parking, only for a fee (quite spendy).Excellent communications with host (Clinton) via VRBO messaging. Definitely recommend facility.

The place was clean, host was accommodating and the area is safe. It’s close to a grocery store and there are plenty of restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. My suggestions are to have laminated instructions for all the electronic equipment (tv, a/c, washer) and have washcloths available. Providing toothpaste was great but would prefer the travel size for sanitary reasons. It would be nice if the hallway a/c was turned on when you get off the elevator. Couch was not comfortable.
