Enjoy all that Coronado has to offer in this 4-bedroom 4-bathroom award-winning home featuring a private courtyard with beautiful salt water pool, hot tub, bar/pavilion and extensive indoor/outdoor living, dining, and entertaining space. Luxuriate with Central AC and 8-minute walk to the beach along a couple of quiet blocks. Great private outdoor shower with two heads and hand-held for feet. Private master suite with deck, and oasis shower!

Perfect Location and Pool

We chose this property because it had a pool and spa. The house and yard did not disappoint! The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach and shopping/dining. The street is very calm. It had everything we needed. Two of the bedrooms are Murphy beds. The owners responded very quickly to any questions. It was wonderful!
