Lovely art, comfortable beds, well equipped and clean. . Only complaint…would put more comfortable seating in living room. I think A home that sleeps 8 should seat more than 5 people in the living area.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. Close enough to everything and in a nice neighborhood. The fireplace was lovely sine we had a chilly evening with a little snow. The nearby park was a great place to get some extra steps in.

A quiet place to stay while visiting Santa Fe.

This is a lovely property with a large back yard to relax in and an open, airy feel inside. The kitchen is nice for cooking. It is about 7 minutes to the Plaza by car; several grocery store options are nearby.

Beautiful home, great location

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property! It was close enough to downtown but also out just far enough from the main downtown to feel cozy. The house is much bigger than it looks from the street. The complimentary chips and wine were a nice touch. I would stay here again!

Great Spot close to everything

Awesome property! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just south of downtown Santa Fe; this place is awesome. Easy to find and Very easy check in. Extremely clean. Very responsive property managers. Very close to all the great things in Santa fe. and actually the Pecos Trail Grill (walking distance) is amazing.

Girls' getaway

Perfect accommodation for our group of 7 adults. Very easy check in and checkout. House looks so much nicer and bigger inside than on the outside. Spacious and clean, beautiful modern kitchen. Even the laundry room was super clean and spacious with racks for hanging clothes to dry if needed. We would certainly stay here again. We did not take advantage of the backyard and deck (though deck does need cleaning and backyard needs attention) as the weather was on the chilly side.

Family Reunion

The house was great. Plenty of room for our Family of 5 adults. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. We loved the back garden with plenty of nice seating areas. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meals. There was paper goods and cleaning supplies available upon arrival. Only 2 issues; TV in the living room only got a few channels( not that we spent much time watching) and the grill was too grimy to cook on. Overall a great house and location.

Awesome Experience!

I had heard so many horror stories about AirB&B that I was nervous about renting from RVBO. I needn’t have worried. Everything was a breeze! Clean! More than just the necessary cooking utensils. A surprise welcome gift. Comfortable! Would rent again and again.

Beautiful home and garden, great amenities

This is a beautiful home very close to the plaza. Seven of us (myself, my daughter, son-in-law and 4 teenage grandchildren ages 18,17,15 and 14 felt very comfortable with lots of space. We eat in for dinner and the kitchen was fantastic for cooking delicious meals after full days of hiking! A large dining table accommodated all of us. The garden off the back is a mini oasis, all native plantings with walkways and a hammock. A great place for relaxation and morning coffee!! Lisa was our contact person and although we did not need anything all week, it was comforting to know that if we did need anything at all, we could call or text at anytime. I highly recommend this home!

Great home for family gathering

we just checked out of this home yesterday after a 4 night stay. 2 couples and our 90 year old father. We spent most of our time cooking, eating and visiting indoors and outside in the beautiful covered patio area. We were nervous about the 1 step in the hallway to the bedrooms because our father doesn't have great vision, but we left the hallway light on and nobody tripped. the quiet neighborhood was nice for morning walks. We enjoyed the home decor and art. My large husband was happy with the primary bedroom was large with a very nice bathroom , shower and closet. The home was about 2.5 miles from all the stores and shopping areas. I would highly recommend the home for your stay.

Santa Fe Stay

The home was very clean and quiet inside, with a great floor plan and spaces. The back patio table and deck chairs were a relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee. The rest of the back yard was neglected, with many pine needles and pine cones on the pavers (which I swept up). I booked the home through VRBO but the actual management company was Evolve. There was a discrepancy between the VRBO check in time (3 pm) and the management’s check in (4pm). Similarly, with the checkout instructions—strip sheets on departure or not. A car is definitely needed for the home’s location, but the central plaza is only a 10 minute drive. A plus is that the neighbors are friendly.

Great week in Santa Fe

My wife, my two kids (3 and 6 y/o), my parents, and I really enjoyed our stay at this home in a quiet neighborhood in Santa Fe. Here are a few highlights: - Three of us worked from the house during the week, and the internet was lightning fast - we never experienced connection issued during multiple simultaneous meetings! - The kids loved exploring the back yard and nearby playground - The kitchen was very well equipped to cook for 6 - We are all runners and hikers and enjoyed visiting nearby trails (including secret arroyo footpaths) and the nearby hills - The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate when we arrived One note: there was no A/C in the house, but we were able to keep it cool using the swamp cooler during the day and opening the screen doors and windows at night. We were never uncomfortable despite several high 90s days!

Perfect house

The house was perfect! Plenty of room - very clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes for cooking if needed. Our trip was designed around skiing so it was close on the side of town that heads up to Ski Santa Fe - so great location - but still close to everything else in town we wanted to do. Would highly recommend. Pictures online are spot on for accuracy.

Great Stay

The house was lovely with plenty of Santa Fe, New Mexico Charm. The house was clean and comfortable for 6 adults with room to spare! The backyard patio and yard was also very peaceful and a great place to spend the morning and evenings. Lisa was so responsive and helpful from answering questions, accommodating an early check in, and recommending some great restaurants!
