Blue Beach Front Home at Resort World

This home is located on a semi-private Beach in Bimini Bay and walking distance from the Casino, Hilton Hotel, restaurants, Mega Yacht Marina and Pool. The house itself is light, comfortable, and cozy with a family-friendly ambiance. The back porch provides a relaxing atmosphere with a front-row seat to sunsets from your own personal hammock. The outdoor shower and dining space are an added bonus. Boat docks available upon request!

Ever heard of Bahamas time? WE HAVE! Oftentimes inconveniences on the island may take a bit more time and effort to resolve, unlike in the USA. And it doesn’t help that workers cannot enter the resort area after 7pm. If you are an impatient guest who is grumpy and not understanding of the Bahamas-time concept, you should definitely check in at the Hilton Hotel rather than a house.

* Please keep in mind that Bimini can have random power, water, and wifi outages that may occur during your stay, they are experienced by the entire island and are completely out of our control. If in any of these cases you may need anything, the Hilton is generator powered and will still have functioning amenities. There will also be a spare key provided in case of wifi/power outages. Please note breakers can be tripped during these power outages and if you need any assistance, the housekeeper would be more than happy to help.

- Quiet hours between 12:00 A.M and 7:00 A.M. We have neighbors that live there full time - Don't sit on outdoor/indoor furniture with fishing wear.
- Do not sit on dining room chairs/ indoor furniture in wet bathing suits. Please use stools or place a dry towel beneath you before sitting
- Please do not leave the doors or windows to the outside open, this causes the A/C to overwork and traps humidity in the house which can lead to mold

Glorious Sunsets on top of it...

We had a wonderful time at the property. It's in an ideal place in a wonderful neighborhood. We weren't there more than an hour before we met some neighbors. The interior of the house is spacious. The bedrooms were just the right size. It is clean and fresh. The outside patio/deck has ample space and the furnishings are just right. Jasmine was readily available, helpful, courteous, and polite. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful time. The sunsets from the patio/deck are some of the best we have ever experienced. Thank you, and we will be back again.

Amazing House and Location

Everything about the house was amazing! The views can’t be beat and it was so comfortable and clean. Perfect location to enjoy all that Bimini has to offer. Jasmine was very helpful and responsive.

Great house for family fun

We had never rented on Bimini before and this house was perfect for our crew of 7. Very clean, comfy beds, great view of the Atlantic. The property owner was very helpful and responsive. Wish we had been able to stay a few more days.

Friends Birthday Vacation

The house is in a great location with beautiful views. The housekeeper Anya is amazing and very responsive, genuinely wants your stay to be wonderful. There were a few issues with the house, but addressed with homeowner.

Excellent home

This home was exactly as expected. We were a party of 7. We have been traveling to Bimini for the last several years and always choose a house to stay at. Do wish that more than 6 wristbands were provided to accommodate over 6 guests. The views are never disappointing, especially from this home. There were plenty of kitchen utensils to use. The porch with hammock was enjoyed by all. Jasmine communicated well with us whenever a question arose. The air conditioning was amazing. I would highly recommend this home and would certainly love to stay again.

July Bimini Trip

The house and location was perfect for the Bahamas, the only thing the house really needs was better cooking pots/pans the ones there need to be upgraded. It would have been nice as well to have glassware that would accommodate a party of 10 (which is what the house sleeps). There was one glass for wine and one for champagne. Other than that, the house worked perfectly. We had a great time.

Just beautiful

The title says it all! We stayed in the house for 7 days and wish we could have stayed longer , but we had to come back to our reality. Jasmine the home owner is so very helpful with all your questions. The ferry ride over was very nice and convenient, but next time we visit we would definitely either charter our own boat or come over on our friends boats just so we could come with groceries. There are plenty of places to go grocery shopping, but they may not have everything you maybe looking for since groceries come in every Wednesday and they go pretty fast. The house kitchen has every appliance you would need plus a flat outside grill top to cook up your caught fish. From age 51 to 12, everyone in our family had a blast and highly recommend the Blue Beach House to stay in Bimini. One of our favorite spots was the back porch. The views were breath taking.

AMAZING STAY / PROPERTY & HOST

We had the absolute best stay ever at this home!! First of all the owner/host Jasmine was amazing; she was always available, informative and accommodating, we appreciate that so much. The home is clean, beautiful, stocked with any and every appliance or kitchen item you can need and is in my opinion in the best location on the island with amazing ocean views and a private beach right in the yard. i can't say enough how amazing this home and Jasmine were, we will DEFINTELY be back. Thank YOU!!

PERFECTION

We absolutely loved the house, it was in the perfect location, the beach was steps away from the back door. The view was amazing. The house had everything anyone would ever need. The host for the property responded quickly to all requests and questions. We will be returning to Bimini and will always stay at this house.

Perfect Spot

We loved staying here! The owner was super kind and let us get in early for our wedding weekend. The property is so clean, so well kept, and has everything you could need in Bimini. The house is right on the private beach which is so beautiful. We loved that there was plenty of towels (including beach towels), extra sheets, toilet paper (which we learned was not always provided), and tons of kitchen utensils. We loved the huge floor plan and open space. It was perfect to celebrate our wedding there with our friends. We hope to return on our next trip to Bimini!

The homes are set up to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably, a BBQ available for use, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking you freshly caught fish or meal of choice, and has a cabinet with a variety of spices. Coffee, tea, and a fresh loaf of Bimini bread provided.
