Visiting with family in Sanford

Beautiful and spacious home and property on lake close to everything. My family enjoyed fishing on the lake and making s'mores around the fire at night after busy days getting things done after recent death in the family.

Perfect home for our family retreat!

Getting together as a family when we are all spread out can be a challenge. So glad we found this house and the owner was so responsive. The weather did not cooperate, but if you have to be stuck inside a bit, this was the house for it. I am the ping pong champ! :)

Great location for spring break getaway

Love the fireplaces in the backyard, we had a really fun time with friends and family. Though the internet was down for a day because of the strong wind, it actually makes the best day in our trip, no phone, no tv, no online games, just fireside chatting. It was a unforgettable memory in North Caroline.

Couples gathering

3 couples age range form 35-43 we had a blast laughing and talking we even had a sip n paint we was so relaxed and best part stores are near we didn’t have to go far get things.

I have lived in Sanford for almost 10 years and had no idea this subdivision existed. My family and I needed a 2 night stay after our house sold and we needed to wait a day before closing on our new house. This VRBO provided my family with a mini-vacation to relax and recharge. Such a beautiful home and property. It is truly a fabulous property.

Peaceful & Convenient

Property was well kept, very spacious, beautiful view, and convenient to many nearby restaurants without being in a busy/noisy area. We were here visiting for a wedding and the property was all that we could ask for. My kids really enjoyed the upstairs living room where we spent most of our time.

On the water!

Beautiful house on the water, my wife loved sitting on decks and dock relaxing as she is afraid to other things due to covid, so this property was perfect for her and kids, fires in firepit, relaxing, watching fish jump out of water etc ..Main reason to visit is her son is at fort bragg in the military and this house is only 40 min away. Beautiful house, big, clean, good locaton, would rent again in a second!

Grandkids retreat

Very nice well kept clean property. Steps were very steep aunts were very aggressive The only downer is that we were not allowed to use the kayaks on the lake which is one reason you rent a Lakehouse
