The host contact was amazing, the property was very clean and well updated and maintained. We stayed there as a base for exploration ng around the Black Hills and was a great spot and easy to get out of the city from.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property, it had everything we needed and then some. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and see and the house was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Great stay

Very nice property. Really great location to stay in RC and easy to get to tge Balck Hills and all the sights.Nice deck. Blackstone, Smoker, and Grill. Everything worked well. The bathroom was good. Nice shower.The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Very clean and nice. Stayed for 4 days and took in the sights. Easy in and out to get to the highways. Would recommend and stay here again.

So thankful I found this house for our trip to SD! Close to Mount Rushmore and the Badlands National Park! House had everything we needed and was very clean! Kids loved playing in the yard as well!

Great Location for Taking in Western South Dakota

Property was as described, very clean, great location in western part of rapids city. Conveniently located near grocery stores and several great dining options. Served as a great home base for us to tour Badlands, Custer State Park, Spearfish Scenic Byway and Devils Tower.

Nice, clean stay

Great place to stay. The place had everything I expected it to have and was very clean. It was nice to have a fenced yard that our Boston Terrier could run around in. We loved walking to the park in the evenings. We would absolutely stay there again if in the Rapid City area!

Nice vacation get away

It was just as described, easy to navigate to all the surrounding attractions. Not far from walmart for groceries and easy to find our way back to. Would definitely stay here again. Many nice perks were plenty of dishwashing supplies, ice trays to make ice, extra trash bags, several kitchen and bath towels!

Close to the Black Hills

We came to ride motorcycles in the Black Hills and this was a great location for that. Property was clean and property manager was great.

We’ll set up, cozy and clean. Location was great. However, we were a little surprised that there were tenants living below and sharing the yard with dogs.

Enjoyed our stay!

From the check in to the check out our stay was excellent! Very clean, comfy, well stocked and cozy! Not a detail left out. Even down to extra toiletries, q-tips, cotton balls and makeup removers. A definite 5 star VRBO! Will stay again for sure.

Weather was perfect

The place was very clean. Lots of kitchen amenities. It was great to find a place for our dogs! It would be better if there would have been a top bed cushion for the barnwood bedroom, the bed was very hard. Extra pillows would also be great. None of the tv remotes worked in the bedrooms. However, I would recommend staying here.

Excellent property

The minute we walked in the door, we knew this home was a perfect fit for us. We brought 3 of our grandkids with us and they were very comfortable as we were. Property was immaculate, kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, dinner and drink ware, silverware, seasonings, etc. Beds were comfy. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to sites and activities. We highly recommend this property if your vacationing in western South Dakota! If you have pets this property is a perfect place for them as well!! We couldn’t be more pleased.

Great Rental

Overall, the rental is worth the money. I will say the mattresses are needing to be replaced but everything was clean and as very well set up. They go above to make sure the rental has everything you might need. The manager was delayed getting back to us on a couple questions but this was during the start of Sturgis.

Convenient and Clean

The home was the perfect size for us. The home was clean and overall a great place for us. However, when I rented the home for our stay, there was no mention that there was an apartment in the basement. This information was conveyed after we had paid the non-refundable fee for the home. It was hard for me to be comfortable in the home after finding this out because I was constantly concerned about us making noise. I believe it would benefit everyone if you included this information in the home rental information. That way no one is "surprised " by this after the fact.

The Best Home Away From Home Ever!!!

Leslie is the most accommodating property manager ever! The home has everything you could ever ask for. Our grandsons enjoyed the backyard and the nearby attractions. Truly the best property we ever stayed at!!!!
