Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" and "The Bigger Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 1-bedroom/1-bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Optimal position, roomy unit, too close to train station and freeway with noise all night long, balconies and mai. Stairs to be cleaned from trees abscission (slippery) and should be kept in better conditions (water not draining from gutters due to trees abscission filling the drainage system), bathroom basin completely plugged requiring some work to make it drain properly. Electric gate never locked.

Great Location!

This condo was very clean and had anything you needed while away from home. Off of Peachtree just enough, I never heard any traffic noise. The best thing for my family, the easy drive to Shepherd Center. I would book again if I came back to the area.

It's like coming back home every visit

Didn’t like the area at all

24 hours before we was scheduled to travel we were contacted about having to move to another location. This new location had a lot of construction right on the street. A lot trash around the building. Doggy park had no working water and poop was everywhere.. Smoking, drinking right in front and side of the building. You could smoke Marijuana In the elevator and hallways.. was not a good stay for us or my puppy.. Too much noise and activity everywhere.. No hot water for the shower or sink!!!

We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your experience with us in the way so many have. We always aim to exceed expectations and I apologize that we failed with your stay. Yes, the day before you arrived, we had an opportunity to upgrade your apartment and it required that you move to another property in the neighborhood. I apologize for the shortcomings you experienced and want to assure you that the building's management was contacted after your review came in. They are working hard to keep the building and the amenities clean as well as enforce all the building's rules. I thank you for following our rules as smoking is not permitted in the building anywhere. We wish you safe travels to your next destination. If you do find yourselves back in Atlanta, I do hope you will give us a second chance to show this was just a one-time blip and not our usual experience.

Remodelled Classic Brick Apartment

The apartment was clean and cute. The appliances were all new. There was a roku in every room but the kitchen, which was convenient. Overall a great spot. I also loved how nice the knives were. It made cooking a breeze.

There are lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance so you can leave your car parked most of the time.
