Beach Place 511 3 BR Gulf Front

Beach Place 511 is a top floor unit that has been tastefully refurnished with new carpet, leather living room furniture, a new dining room set with seating for 8, and new bedroom furniture including a king in the master bedroom.

Also added, are very nice flat screen TVs and a new washer/dryer as well as new bedding throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

As a John's Pass Condo's guest you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes. We also have on site maintenance to handle repairs in your condo if necessary. Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafe, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.

There are 2 assigned parking spots available for this unit.

Views of the Gulf of Mexico are endless when you're way up here!

As soon as we got there , within the first few hours , the hard to please teenagers said that it was their favorite vacation destination. There is a lot to do for under 21 . The adults loved it too . If we were to do it again , going grocery shopping before hand is a must . The closest store is probably 1 mile or so away . I would definitely go back there again. We usually go to Siesta Keys but everyone liked this place just as much if not better .

Great location.......could use some cleaning

This is a great location for a Florida vacation. There is a lot to do over at John's Pass. We thoroughly enjoy staying on Madeira Beach. The condo was not very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was not well stocked (lacked utensils for everyday eating). I would stay again but it is pricey for a dirty condo.

Condo good building needs help

The building is in need of major repairs. The condo was good but definitely need some bathroom remodeling. Could also use more towels. Great location. Would stay again. Pool needs MANY more seats.

While the location was great and met our expectations, we were extremely disappointed in the lack of upkeep of the property and the lack of response to our repeated requests for repairs. The primary bedroom's bathroom sink became stopped up after only minimal use and when we called to get some plumbing help, we were promised someone would come to repair it, they never did. The sink in the second bathroom had a broken cold water tap from the moment we arrived, and again, no one came to repair it (we stayed five days). The bathtub stoppers were both missing or not working. The carpets throughout are dirty and really need to be replaced. When we arrived, the elevator to the building was broken, which is unfortunate, as we were staying on the fifth floor (which meant with the ground floor, we had to climb six fights of stairs with all our stuff for the first two days of our stay. Overall, a disappointing stay for what we expected.

Ok property in a great location. The condo itself is dated, with some basic functional issues. 1 bedroom tv does not work properly. 1 bathroom had no cold water in the sink; only hot water. The pictures are a little deceiving on the web.The biggest issue or cncern is when we reached out to the property owners/or property managers for these issues, our concerns were ignored. They told us they would correct them, however, they were not. We did get an email asking if we would like someone to come show us how to use the tv, that by the way had no cable or satellite connections, nor was it a smart tv to open an app.Which really did not ruin our vacay, but the lack of concern from the owners/ or property management was disappointing. It boils down to customer service and they failed miserably. The pool is nice, the beach access is great and the location is ideal for dining, shopping and walking!

BFF's celebrating a milestone

6 of us women who have been friends for over 40 years were celebrating 3 of us turning 60. We wanted to have fun, relax on the beach and just enjoy our long weekend. The condo was perfect, ( I would suggest that they leave 2 sets of towels for everyone so that we didn't have to keep doing laundry) we arranged for Insta cart deliveries of food and alcohol over the weekend, we rented beach chairs daily, and John's Pass was right across the street. We went shopping there in the cute little shops, got ice cream, went to different restaurants and bars. It was perfect. We would definitely come back.

Bad information

when I booked it noticed it was on the top level so I chatted to be sure there was an elevator as we were traveling with my 80 year old mother. A few hours before we were due to check in we got an email with details on how to get in. That is when we learned the elevators are out of order. Perhaps if this was a new issue maybe we would've understood. But I called management and it seems the elevators have been not working since last winter's storms - out of order for over a year!!!! This should've been included in the current listing info. We were stuck in Tampa at the last minute with no place for 5 of us to stay. Not a relaxing vacation situation. Money was return but we had to spend dinner in a restaurant looking for a place to stay for 3 nights

Great location!!

Iā€™d definitely return and book the same unit! Great location with a wonderful view of the ocean. There were a few minor repairs needed and several lights needed bulbs. As far as the kitchen, it was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. However, I would highly suggest a large skillet because the only one in the unit was a cast iron one. I always cook with cast iron, but others using the unit may not know how to properly clean one. I could tell it had been washed with soap and water before we used it. The cleaning service must not of opened the freezer because there was leftover food in there.

Dated and Dirty

The place could be nice but its too dirty and worn. When we arrived it was like the place hadn't been deeped cleaned in years. Around the corners of the doors the floor is gray where its so dirty. Tables and counters were dirty and dusty aswell as tubs were not clean. They had dead dried up flowers on the dinning room table that were crispy dry. The internet/wi-fi was not working and the cable tv was not working. The furniture is old and worn. Nothing there has been updated in years, like maybe 20 years.

Great Location but a dirty condo

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and many activities. However, the condo itself was very dirty. There was blood stains on the sheets of one bed and one of the shower curtains. Both shower curtain had mold on them. Some of the dishes were dirty. The floors has layers of dirt in every corner and near the base boards. My white socks were brown have walking on the floors for only a few minutes. The carpets have not been cleaned in a very long time. They were stained and the cushion on the kitchen showers were also stained. There was dust on all the doors. I will definitely not rent this condo again.

Girls Trip

Three of us stayed, but 10 could have comfortably stayed. It was beautiful! We had the ocean view right from our condo. The beach was right out the door for complete beach access. The beach was beautiful and clean. We went during the Seafood Festival and that was a blast! We had everything we needed! I see a lot of posts about cleanliness being an issue. The carpets were old and dirty, but that was okay because we didnā€™t have to worry about ruining anything. The bedding was clean, it has huge walk in closets. The entire wall in the living room is a mirror so many ladies can get ready all around the place. There was enough privacy if you wanted to be alone in your room or on the balcony. The birds love playing with people. We saw dolphins playing almost nightly. There is a ton of experiences to be had within walking distance. We will be back! Make sure to ask how to get the parking passes. We ended up having to go to the office of the condos.

Outdated & musty

Pros:The location of this property was perfect. Right across the street from Johnā€™s Pass, and right on the beach. Pool was very nice and canā€™t beat the view. Washer and dryer on site was nice. Size of the unit was great and liked the layout. Cons: This particular unit needs a lot of attention in my opinion. Cabinet door knobs were sticky and grimy, baseboards were filthy, beds were super worn in and uncomfortable, showers had mold in the caulk, and the entire unit smelled of must. There was even some mold around the ceiling vents. The carpeting was stained and worn down. Cosmetically it was outdatedā€¦. Furniture was mismatched and didnā€™t fit the space well. One evening when I was getting into bed, I even noticed blood stains on the pillow (not on the pillow case, but on the pillow itself). To be clear, these did not come from me. When I went to swap it out for an extra that was in the closet, all of those were full of stains and what appeared to be mold. This unit ā€œgot the job doneā€ in terms of a good location and a roof over our heads, but definitely did not meet my expectations of basic cleanliness. Wonā€™t be staying again.

Great Location - Unit struggled a bit

First of all this is a wonderful location, right on the beach and just a 60 second walk to John's Pass. So I want to make sure it is understood that the unit was serviceable and worked for us. Here are some issues: Sliding door to balcony was really hard to open. Upholstered furniture was stained. Mattresses all squeaked. Half of the lamps had no bulbs. Ran out of TP on day one. Dryer lint trap was clogged. Furnace filter so loaded that it had buckled. So I guess what I am saying is really great location but the unit was tired and badly under-maintained. Would I come back to this unit? No.

Great Location

There were several things we liked about this property.... the location, 2 parking spots and spacious accommodations. There were a several things that could be improved/added to make property a better value: kitchen towels, pot holders, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels etc. The communication could have been better.

Property is not as listed

Listing indicated that the property was updated and new furniture and bedding. The bedding was not new at all. The cleanliness of the condo was terrible. The ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator had mold all over it. The tubs were disgusting. Very dated. There were no paper towels, toliet paper, trash bags, etc. (said the kitchen was stocked). We came from out of state and had to go buy everything. No beach towels, chairs, etc. Called about a parking pass, because the sign in the elevator said you had to have one and was told a pass would be brought to us, and we never saw it. The view was beautiful and the location was good but disappointed with the condo itself.

Location was perfect. Only complaint was no TP lol. We ordered in everything. Had a great time. The building itself needs some work on the electronic key pads. Gate to pool and beach didn't work several times.
