Always a perfect get-a-way in a perfect, quaint, little town. Unit has just been totally re-done, mattress comfortable. You won’t be disappointed.

The experience was perfect. Everything I needed. Getting into the room, the cleanliness of the room. Everything. The restaurants were in walking distance. I spent most of my time at the beach that was right across the street. People were very friendly. I am planning my next vacation to be in same place.

Nice getaway anyday

This property fit our needs very nicely. A shared balcony to enjoy the view and meet new friends. Also just steps away from the beautiful beach.

Great location!

Is an older building/efficiency but it was renovated and everything was clean and worked well. Cannot beat the location and communication with property manager was great. My only complaint is that the bed is a firm memory foam mattress. Even if we had the option to have a softer topper out would have helped us to sleep more comfortably.

Natural Diseaster

It was a great stay, until there was a natural disaster and we decided to leave, so we would not get stuck with flooding and the storm surge. They did not let us get a credit for the second night that we did not stay. We did buy insurance for the trip.

Tiny but did the job

This condo is a converted motel room in size. Not a lot of room but it was ok. Bathroom is very tiny. Taking a shower was challenging. I suggest bringing your own pillows. The ones provided are not very supportive. But the price is right and the location is awesome. Close to the restaurants and shops. Watching the sunsets from the upper deck was the star of the stay.

We booked this unit at the very last minute to be near our daughter’s family. The location cannot be beat. We read the reviews mentioning dirtiness, lack of comfortable furnishings, tight bathroom, lack of amenities, etc. Every review was very accurate. I actually went back to read if we paid for cleaning prior to arriving, because all that appeared to be done was very minimal effort. The bedding actually smelled, dirty. Every furnishing was very low end. There were only about six hangers for clothing. The first one broke the minute I touched it. The trash can liner was extremely thin. When we picked it up the side split. We got it out without dropping the trash, but noticed that in the bottom were remnants of other people’s trash, including rotted food. Previous reviews mentioned receiving only one roll of tissue, which was true. That roll was a very low grade and was quickly used up. The black soot stuff mentioned by other reviewers was present. I was not sure what it was, but it was on baseboards and doors. The draperies, which were on backwards with the tag showing, had a layer on the top. If you plan on cooking yourself be prepared for minimal utensils. We travel a lot, and I have NEVER reviewed a place with less than four or five stars, but felt I needed to let others know what to expect. I also need to add that I messaged the owner prior to arriving with two questions, but was ignored.

Our stay was good except for the shower water. The hot was steaming hot and the cold was hot. Text the number given for issues and got a quick reply that they would get with someone at the condo to check on. We never heard back from anyone. Wasn't able to shower on our visit which sucked.We've stayed here 3 times and have been happy each time except for the hot water situation.Great place, close to the ocean.

Great spot

We used to live in St Pete and this was our favorite beach. I picked this place because of the great location. There were beach towels and chairs, and a bunch of sun screen in the room too. We had breakfast at the sweet French cafe around the corner. I highly recommend it!

Mixed feelings

I gave the property a shot because of location. The view, being steps from the beach, and being close to restaurants/atmosphere of the art market were important. We weren’t planning on hanging out in the room or cooking much. I’ll start with the problem I had and that was the cleanliness of the room. The baseboards in the entire unit are covered in a blackish sooty dirt. This same dirt was all over the paneled door of the bathroom where you are supposed to hang your wet towels. The tile wall to the left of the door has condensation marks running through the dirt down the entire height of the wall. There is also what appears to be blood droplets on the wall where the toilet paper dispenser is, as well as on the panel door. One blanket was provided, but it was rolled in a ball on the closet shelf which to me means it hasn’t been laundered. At check out the bag placed in front of the door only contains the paper products, sheets, and towels. The comforter on the bed appeared clean. The toiletries were a communal large bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The good: the mattress was extremely comfortable. The AC was quiet and worked great. Cleaning products were provided so I was able to clean the areas I couldn’t ignore. Improvements had been made since feedback from prior guests. There were 2 rolls of TP, one paper towel, towels including washcloths, broom and dustpan, pantry items (Salt, pepper, olive oil, season salt, garlic), but no spare trash bags.

Great location and ocean view

We had a good time and would probably come back, whoever was on the floor on top of us I think we’re training for a marathon because the walking was constant from 6:30am-11pm. The overall atmosphere was like an angry nursing home, the locals were either super nice or annoyed young people were staying there. On the bright side the ocean view is incredible and makes everything worth it. We probably will come back next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great location by the beach

The condo is conveniently located in the heart of PAG. We had to buy toilet paper because there was only 1 roll in the unit for a 10 day stay. Instructions for how to use the television and remotes should be made available in the unit. The bed was comfortable and kitchen was convenient for our needs.

poor communication

The location is perfect. But it is not a home, but a motel room. Very small. I called the manager about the tv not working and he never called back to inquire. Also only one roll of toilet paper which ran out.

Great Location

You cannot beat the location. The room is small, no storage, we had to live out of our suitcases and share a queen size bed (girls trip) but it was all that was available. The mattress was really firm and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable . The only extra blanket was balled up on a shelf as if it never got washed after the last use. They provide very little, 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 bath towels per person, 3 rolls of paper towels and a dish cloth and kitchen towel. Some pots and pans, dollar store dishes and utensils, nothing fancy. The best sunsets right out front at the beach and the upstairs balcony gives and excellent view. There were grills so we grilled out a couple nights and a pay laundry so we didn’t have to travel home with smelly bathing suits from the ocean water. Location, location, location!!!!

Awesome place to stay

What a great place to stay. Everyone staying in the other units were very friendly as were the locals. Parking was a bit challenging but you could walk to many bars and restaurants in the area or get a ride from the Freebee ride service. Very close to the beach with spectacular sunsets.
