Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to your condo during your stay and of course you may access the common areas which include a lounge area, hammocks, sun chairs, swimming pool, open-air lobby, bikes to use (subject to availability) and free parking.

The residential neighborhood of Aldea Zama is perfectly at the halfway mark between Tulum's town and the beach! It's perfect to bike, walk or jog around and shopping in town, convenience stores, grocery stores and more in walking distance. Easy access to the bike path from the condo down to the beach road and you'll be in a nice area surrounded by lush jungle and nature's elements with modern comforts & conveniences

Other Things to Note:
Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.
**Please note the TV in one of the bedrooms and the dishwasher are out of order at the moment.**
- NOTE THIS COMPLEX IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES AND LOUD GROUPS - CONDOMINIUM RULES WILL BE ENFORCED.
- ALSO, THERE'S CONSTRUCTION ACROSS THE STREET AND NOISE MIGHT BE HEARD DURING DAYTIME WORK HOURS.
- There is no daily housekeeping at the condo, but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, you can arrange this for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. That is an add-on with cleaning service.
- The plunge pools are not heated. The jets are used for cleaning and filtering only.
-The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.
-We provide bottled water, high quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment all complimentary for our guests. We can also help with an airport transfer if need, just let us know!
-Bicycles offered at the complex are subject to availability.
-The condo has its own 24-hour guarded security.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO PLEASE ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you before arrival.
