This luxury two floor 1300 sf condo at Barona Beach Lakefront Resort is the perfect location for your vacation. This place has it all! Beautiful kid friendly sandy beach with dock and fire pit. Large heated pool and hot tub with extensive deck, lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. Property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted in this unit.

Great spot to start your Westside Winery tour. Thirteen amazing local wineries including Quails Gate, Mission Hill, Mt. Boucherie, Volcanic Hills, Beaumont, Kalala Organic, The Hatch, Rollingdale, Ciao Bella, Indigenous World, Off the Grid, Grizzli and Little Straw.

Many scenic walking, hiking and biking trails in the nearby area. Numerous golf courses are just minutes away. Very close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

This unit is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings throughout.

Large deck with natural gas BBQ and patio furniture. Direct view of the pool, hot tub, beach and Okanagan Lake. The backside of the condo has a great view of Mission Hill Winery, the orchards and the scenic canal.

This condo is just steps away from the large grass lawn, the pool, the hot tub, sandy beach and Okanagan Lake.

This is one of the few units with a two floor townhouse style floor plan. Perfect layout for a family and/or entertaining. Sleeps 6. Upstairs offers two large bedrooms. Master bedroom has a King bed and full ensuite with soaker tub, separate shower and granite countertop. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with full ensuite including a shower. Bedrooms are separated by a loft area with a sofa bed and flat screen TV.

Open floor plan downstairs including a gourmet kitchen (stainless steel appliances, gas range and granite counter top) stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals and entertain. Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and an iPod compatible sound system. Third bathroom on main.

Finally summer!

Our second stay at Barona but the first in this unit. The unit was super clean and well stocked. It has a fabulous view over the pool to the lake beyond making deck time a real treat. It would be nice to see an additional upholstered chair and lamp added to the living area. Otherwise, the unit was perfect. The owner also sent an email on arrival to ensure all was well.

Beautiful, family-friendly accommodation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. From the time of our booking, communication was prompt. Upon arrival the accommodations were exactly as described. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had 6 guests (2 adults and 4 children) and fit quite comfortably in the space. They have a perfect view overlooking the pool, green space, and beach from the balcony. Pool was nice and warm and the kids loved it! Lots of families, but never overcrowded. Great green space as well for the kids to run around in. The beach is spacious and we spent lots of time rock hunting and wading out into the water. Overall, excellent stay and highly recommended for a family vacation.

Awesome property and location

We had a great time during our stay. The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. The location of the unit was fantastic with awesome views of the lake, pool area and green space. One thing I will say is that the unit was fairly clean on the surface, however, could use a deep clean in the bathrooms, walls could use washing and floors need a deep clean. Having said that, we would definately stay here again.

Good for young families

To start with, dealing with the owners was a joy, they were always very helpful and accommodating and I would definitely enjoy renting from them again. Their property was as advertised, and their unit in particular had a gorgeous view it was probably one of the best condos in the entire complex. The resort however is not within easy walking of amenities, so expect to get into your car to drive to get groceries or coffee. The swimming pool and hot tub are far too small given the size of the complex, the pool was regularly quite dirty from all the people in it (and not cleaned at all during the day), and the hot tub would run cold from overuse. Screaming children is a constant, so expect a “family friendly” experience, but not a great place for adults looking to relax in the summer. Swimming in the lake is nice from the dock, but boats and sea-doos would sometimes disregard the area around the dock and would blast by without regard to swimmers in the area; although the buoys were supposed to mark the slow boating area around the dock. Overall, average resort for families, great condo unit if this is what you are looking for in a vacation, but I would personally choose somewhere different in Kelowna next time (my kids are in their teens, and they agreed the resort was best for younger families)

Just amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in Kelowna west at this beautiful condo that is well equiped, clean, comfortable & spacious. Loved the terrasse! We enjoyed the region. Well situated, the condo is close to many Vinyards: Mission Hill, Quail’s Gate ( diner was fantastic), Grizzli, Indigenous World, and few more. We had time to visit them all. We also hiked on Mt Boucherie, the view is worth the walk. Downtown Kelowna, is a short distance away, nice walk on the lake. Visit of Sandhill W( coupons for free tasting in many brochures). We had lunch at Antico Pizza Napoletana on Bernard, another day at The Little Hobo, really nice homemade food! South of Kelowna, it is a nice drive on Lakeshore dr, stopped at Summerholl Pyramid( free tasting), and south to Carmelis Goat cheese ( not easy to find, but very fresh cheese). South of the condo on 97, it is a nice drive to go to Osoyoos. We had a nice lunch on a terrasse at NK’Mip, view of the lake. Driving back, we stopped at the Information center in Penticton, they gave us free tasting passes for 3 differents vinyards towards Naramata. We also stopped in Summerland, on the lake ( public bathrooms), and in town. North of the Okanagan lake, it is a nice drive to Vernon. Passing by Kalamalka lake ( exit at Lakeshore dr for view), visit Bx Press Cidery, lunch at Eatelogy( homemade food). On the way back, there are more winyards to visit, exit at Lakewood Mall. Nice drive back on the lake, the views are spectaculars! The map available at the airport or at any information center is your best friend! Okanagan region is beautiful, and the condo made our stay even better!

Great place, central to everything - great for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the place was well maintained, clean and central to everything. Tons of kids and pool was almost always filled with kids, so a great place to go on a family vacation. Lots to do in the area - Nut Farm, Myra Canyon Bike Trail, Wineries etc.

Beautiful property with great view. Very clean and ready upon arrival.

Really enjoyed our time. Very family friendly resort. Had an issue with our parking spot being occupied for first 3 days but was resolved by security. Clean organized condo with great view and quick access to pool. Under five minute drive from multiple wineries and 15 mins from downtown Kelowna. Great experience.

Lovely

This place was immaculate with modern amenities and everything you needed away from home. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was a little chilly (in June) but we didn't have much time to swim on our visit. We love the Mission Hill and Quails' Gate Wineries (both the wine and the wineries) and both are very close by. The owners were wonderful and responsive to any inquiries. We were very happy with this place and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic condo

everything we expected!

We were two couples and it was perfect with 2 bedrooms with their own ensuite. Condo was very clean with all amenities, Very comfortable living room/Kitchen, AC was nice. Close to lots of winneries and nice restaurants. Easy to get around.

Beautiful condo on Lake Okanagan

My mom, daughter and I travelled to Kelowna for an extra long weekend in June, and we had the best time. The condo was perfect, well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and in our shortish stay managed to go fishing, went to a kangaroo farm (so fabulous for kids) and some kid friendly hiking. The water levels on the lake were outrageous while we were there and there was no beach access for our trip, and although we missed having the beach (and some playgrounds) we still had an amazing time. Hopefully water levels will recede soon, and everyone can also enjoy the lake! Owen and Lisa were amazing hosts (thank you for the wine!), they were responsive, kept us updated on the rising water levels at the lake, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely go back! Joni

Clean and spacious

Excellent stay!

Very well stocked, clean and big condo with a view of the pool and lake! The 4 of us were very happy with everything-the condo was great! Fabulous location for visiting many wineries, hiking and we even biked the Kettle Valley Railway line which was great! Owen and Lisa were great to deal with too! Will definitely stay again!!
