Horizons Golf Club is designed by the internationally acclaimed Australian team of Ross Watson and Graham Marsh. It was voted NSW’s top golf course and rated in Australia’s top 50 courses in 2002, only a decade after it opened. The course offers a fully stocked pro shop including golf cart hire, plus a clubhouse and café, and there’s also driving range facilities available for the serious golfers.
This tastefully styled townhouse is just over 2km from the main Salamander Shopping Centre and Tavern and less than 10 minutes’ drive to Nelson Bay precinct, where there’s ample boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and of course d’Albora Marina, where dolphin watch cruises depart daily.
Fairway Views Townhouse sits right on the course offering spectacular, uninterrupted views of the 1st and 9th fairways, and is perfect for a golfing getaway or just a relaxing holiday. The lower level offers spacious open plan living, with split system air-conditioning, plenty of seating, Smart TV, free Wifi, a 6-seater dining table and a spacious kitchen with a full-size fridge/freezer, separate wine fridge, small cooktop, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The alfresco patio is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day, with a gas BBQ supplied and fantastic uninterrupted views. You will also have some kangaroo company lounging around nearby as the sun goes down.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and study nook. The main bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the balcony for a relaxing morning coffee overlooking the course, while the second bedroom offers 3 extra-long single beds. There is also a fold away as an extra bedding option for a child, and this level also has the bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is allocated parking for one car and access to a shared laundry (coin operated) as well.

- Linens and bath towels are provided and beds will be made, ready for your arrival.
