Serenity Shores is a lovely beachfront home on Diamond Point located between Port Townsend and Sequim on the Olympic Peninsula. Serenity is situated in a wonderful location with incredible views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Protection Island (wildlife sanctuary tours), Mt. Baker, Victoria B.C., Dungeness Spit and the most beautiful sunsets you've ever experienced.
Wake up to deer in the yard, baby seals on the beach, seagulls and magnificent eagles searching for their breakfast. Adventuresome beach walks, sunbathing, water activities and relaxation are just the start of your fun. But you'll want to venture out and explore this beautiful Peninsula area with all it has to offer. Enjoy the breathtaking experience of Hurricane Ridge, the many hiking trails nearby in the Olympics, walk Dungeness Spit/play golf, or shop til you drop in nearby Port Townsend. Music festivals, fairs, wineries, lavender farms, shopping and restaurants (7-Cedars Casino) are right there. (Or hop on the ferry to Victoria for the day.)
Relaxing, sunbathing, beachcombing, boating, sleeping on the enclosed deck under the stars, BBQ on the beach or enjoy a cozy indoor fire (or beach fire) without even leaving Serenity can feel wonderful as well. Children and pets are always welcome of course!
NOTE: Serenity Shores Beachfront Home has won the Best of Sequim Award for six consecutive years including 2017 by the Sequim Chamber of Commerce (USCA). This distinction has qualified Serenity Shores Beachfront Home Vacation Rental for the 2017 Sequim Business Hall of Fame.

A Wonderful Vacation!
Serenity Shores was just what the Doctor ordered! A quiet, clean and comfortable home. The views were spectacular. Our weather was amazing. Could not have asked for anything better.
We will be back as soon as possible!
Elizabeth ~ I'm so glad that you and your family had such a wonderful time at Serenity Shores. And yes, the view and ongoing marine life activity are absolutely amazing. I'm sure your black lab had the time of his life! The weather in "sunny Sequim" is great year around. Hope you can make it back soon!
My best to all ~ Cheri
Wonderful home and location, cleanliness - not so good.
First, Cheri was very welcoming and personable with her emails about the region and responses to our inquiries. Diamond Point is a favorite place for us, with it's tranquil ocean currents and abundant sea birds and creatures. The arrangement of the house was perfect for our family (4 of us) and with the wall of windows out on to the shore and beyond, we could not have asked for a better setting, regardless the weather. The only drawback we found was that the kitchen was not clean. Not clean, as in for a long while. We had to clean the refrigerator (inside & out) before we could use it, as well as numerous plates, utensils, etc. We felt a bit uncomfortable using the badly stained towels and chose not to use the extremely dirty potholders. Old food and hair in the kitchen drawers stretched our comfort level. The rest of the house seemed okay, but if cleanliness in the kitchen is important, I'd reconsider. I shared my concerns with Cheri, who explained that her cleaning person has been with her for years and no one else has complained. I'm sorry to be the first, but I feel it's important to post the kind of honest review that I rely on myself from other VRBO users.
Bonnie ~ I'm glad that you and your family had a nice time at Serenity Shores. I'm sorry that you were disappointed in the cleanliness of the kitchen. I was extremely surprised when you called me to express that. I have had the same cleaning gal for many years now and this is the first time in 12 years that I have had a complaint or even a mention of lack of cleanliness anywhere. In fact, I've received compliments and Jaime has even received "tips" for her services. I forwarded your review to her and she was surprised, disappointed & promises to be even more thorough.
Have a great summer! Cheri
This is the second time my family stayed at Serenity Shores. I is a wonderful home and dog friendly. We walked down the beach, went to Port Townsend and Victoria, and just spent time as a family. A great setting to do nothing with easy access ferry's and more.
We really enjoyed our stay in this house located right on the beach. Views are great and very relaxing. The interior is a bit dated, but very functional and spacious. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay, this is a good choice.
RELaxing and enjoyable
We had a lovely ladies retreat 7 of us slept ate chatted and relaxed all weekend. It was a nice house that suited our needs with plenty of space. The view was awesome!
Brenna ~ I'm so glad that you ladies had such an enjoyable weekend together at Serenity Shores. And yes, the view is amazing! Hopefully you had some time for beach walks down to the point. Hope you make it back to Serenity Shores soon.
My best to all ~ Cheri
Family loved it.
Spent the weekend for the wife’s birthday and the family had a great time.
Very relaxing stay, the sunset was beautiful. Nice to sit and watch the seals swimming around
And a great place to bird watch, (Eagles, ducks, blue herons) dear roaming around.
We will be coming back.
Brian ~ I'm so glad that you and your family had such a great birthday celebration and enjoyable time at Serenity Shores. And yes, the ongoing marine and wildlife show is absolutely amazing. No one ever gets tired of that! I planted a vegetable garden one summer and the deer totally enjoyed it (even though it was fenced off and I had spread "tabasco sauce" as a deterrent). The deer were there long before us, so that was my only attempt at vegetable gardening!
I hope you make it back to Serenity Shores in the near future! My best to all ~ Cheri
