The property was well stocked and very clean. We were given Wi-Fi access upon arrival. Everything was easy to get, plus Victor checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. Kids upstairs were noisy but it,s summer holidays so we dealt with it.

Awesome!

A few friends and I stayed here overnight after a concert. Way cheaper than a hotel, and having a usable full kitchen is a huge plus. The host was very friendly and made sure we had water and tissue. The beds were very comfortable and the fans were a nice touch. We would stay here again!

Victor is a terrific host. The apartment is lovely with high ceilings and easy access. One note is that there is actually only one washroom.

We had everything we needed. We had issue with a hot water heater that was dealt with very quickly. Host was great and very accommodating.

We were travelling for a double family funeral and required an extended stay. This place was very reasonably priced and was everything we required for an infant and the week that we needed it for. The add did state you got an entire home but was a 2 bedroom basement suite. The free street parking at times meant you were not even on the street and parked around a corner. Do highly recommend for a small family and we would stay again as well.

It was amazing besides the parking someone took are spot in the front so we had to park in the back which ended up a tow truck getting called besides that it was Amazon

False advertising in ad and false reviews. Some reviews are accurate stating the same issues we had. But others are falsified. Tenants upstairs are loud and very little privacy with the windows at ground level for kids to look in. Kitchen is very poorly equipped.

Confusing

Very clean and nice place. It is listed as a 2 bed 2 bathroom though and behind every door there was not a second bathroom. Coffee and Kurig machine but no sugar or sweetener. Course salt but no grinder. Those are basics when advertising a 2 bed 2 bath.

Basement apartment with one bathroom, not two

This is a basement apartment accessed through a gate at the side of the house. Others live above in the main house and this was not indicated in the listing. My son had to go to the front door to ask how to enter because neither the exterior photo nor the entry instructions gave a clear indication that the entrance could only be accessed through a closed gate at the side of the house. The unit has only one bathroom; not two as indicated in the listing. Also, the listing states that the seating area has two queen beds, but that is not possible because there was one couch only in that room. The description is unusually misleading for a VRBO ad, and I would not have booked this rental if I had known these details.
