Villa Prana ,perfectly positioned @ 165 Boomerang Drive ,Boomerang Beach 2428 NSW. ThisBespoke designed villa is only footsteps to the crystal waters of Boomerang Beach andsurrounded by nations park . A truely unforgettable experience in this special part of the world .
This brand new 2 bedroom villa . The equiped kitchen has a inside outside servery onto the spacious covered verandah with a family Webber bbq,an outside dinning area and a swing overlooking the ocean and tropical garden .
A queen bed in the downstairs bedroom with a split system air conditioner , large ceiling fan a mirrored wardrobe reflecting the private tropical garden courtyard with a fold up bamboo table and chairs perfect for an intimate brunch.
The Loft area has a split system airconditioner a king size bed floor cushions and a bamboo lounging area .
Guests can help themselves to small herb and spinach garden that runs along the verandah driveway area ,they will be thankful if u can water them .
The caretaker Gardner may be in the basement at times with some works going on (mid week only )in preparation for adjacent building of villa 2 and 3.
Parking is either onsite on the lower side of the villa 1 or on the street out the front . The driveway has a gravel section at entrance and ample gravel parking at the bottom of the villa.
The owner is often onsite in a seperate caretakers residence at the lower side of the car parking area or in the basement area ,if not onsite he can be contacted by email .
Villa Prana is located within 200 meters from the waters edge of boomerang beach 400meters to Blueys Beach cafes and shopping centre .A Foodworks supermarket and service station is located 3 km to the south at Charlotte Bay.
Parking is either onsite on the lower side of the villa or on the street . You may like to unload your gear on arrival while parking on the driveway in front of the villa if you hand brake is suitable . When leaving the premises its advised to pick up some speed as you go up the drive way to avoid loosing traction in the gravel strip before the footpath .
I’m more than happy with how the project has evolved so far and there has been a lot of kind hardworking and creative people to thank .
Pets are welcome but the property is not totally escape proof .The courtyard area has a small wall and a dense garden but if your pet is an escape artist that may not be enough to stop them from wondering outside the property.
Fast broadban wifi internet is supplied .
