Then only a ten-minute walk along the waterfront to the center of the CBD where you can experience arts, culture and shopping.

Spend your days swimming and surfing. Access the property by it's own side entrance, you are instantly welcomed into a light and bright open space that oozes quirky charm and comfort. Enjoy a small kitchenette with a shower area, unlimited wifi and an outdoor area for you to relax and listen to the waves rolling in.

Master bedroom area has a King size bed.

For those on a shoestring budget who want to be in a 'tourist hot spot' while still having a relaxing stay this is the perfect studio for you.

Take a stroll to the federal store for an amazing, cooked breakfast and a great coffee or the Fitzroy beach kiosk another great spot to enjoy. Wander the Fitzroy village boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. You won't need a car here as many of the major attractions are close by. Street parking only. Dog friendly but not fenced.

Please note the cleaning fee: all linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests' arrival to meet the ministry of health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

Other details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied. No face clothes.

This is a pet friendly property. A pet fee will apply to please enquire if you would like to bring your pet.
