The Space:
Tucked away behind the main house, this upstairs apartment offers a simple, functional place to stay. Access is easy with a gravel driveway leading to the back, and entry is made convenient with a secure digital keypad.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a modest stay. The living room includes two full-size futons that can sleep two people each, and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals at home. A full bathroom connects the living areas, and the bedroom features a queen bed for a comfortable night’s rest.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The outdoor spaces and parking will be shared with the guests in the front unit.

Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, this apartment puts you close to local highlights while offering a quiet place to return to. Downtown Columbus is just 2.5 miles away, and nearby you’ll find parks, shops, restaurants, and cultural spots to explore. The property includes a driveway with space for up to three vehicles, making parking simple and convenient during your stay.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
