気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
We stayed at the Foxpine for a week leading up to the LT100 and likely won't stay here again. This unit is managed remotely by Redawning property management who plays a game of middle-man between the groundskeepers at the inn and the tenants/guests. Upon check-in, we found out the balcony and downstairs bedroom shown in the listing were not included in the unit despite being advertised. We reached out to Redawning about it and they replied a day later saying they'd contact the property management on-site, and 2 days later again mentioning that the photos were mistakenly added, no explanation or attempt to address the issue. It didn't seem like they knew much about the property and it put us in a bind for accessible beds as we were counting on a bed being available that didn't require stairs. Moreover, the inn itself is straight out of the 70's, smells funky, has a major bat infestation problem, and echoes the barking of nearby tenants' dogs nonstop. The gas grill on the patio didn't have propane. There were pet pee stains on the carpet in the unit and in the lobby. The appliances in the unit were very old and didn't function completely. I could go on, but there was just too many negatives to make this a decent experience. We will not be booking at the Foxpine or with Redawning again.
