Lovely spot
I stay at many VRBOs and this was the most well appointed so far. The kitchen cookware was perfect, there were plenty of towels, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very sweet and friendly. Easy access to walking trails and the places in Lake Cowichan. I will be back.

Family Vacation 2023
We had a great time staying at this cottage. The location was close to everything and the cottage was clean and well stocked. The owners were very easy to communicate with and had quick response times. The location on the river was an added bonus. We walked to town with our tubes and floated down the river many times with the dock being out exit, plus we spent lots of time jumping off the dock and swimming! Thanks for a great stay :)

Scottish couple now living in Canada. We love to travel, and fell in love with this riverfront spot. We love to float down the river and enjoy touring around the lake in the summer! We enjoy sharing our slice of paradise with our guests.

Why they chose this property

Small town with lots going on, we love the variety in town and around the area. We love to float down the river or spend an afternoon at duck pond beach. Great access to the Trans Canada Trail! Lake Cowichan changes with the season so there is always something new to see or experience. its the perfect spot to explore the island.

What makes this property unique

Its cute, its clean its modern and its on spot of the river deep enough to swim or fly fish. I believe the water is magical and a morning on the dock or a float down the river is sure to melt away your stress & worries.
