Beautiful views

The property is really all about the view. It has some very nice furnishings - couches and comfortable beds, but needs maintenance. Lights over the dining table didn’t work, most of the louvre window handles were broken, the gas cooktop had issues, the dishwasher flooded and was unable to be fixed during our stay, the range hood was unclean, there were two towel rails for six people (so had to hang towels in a wardrobe), no hand towel rail in the bottom bathroom, the exhaust fan vent was very dirty, no bins in the bathrooms. When you’re paying 1000 a night these things should all be included and in perfect working order.

Dear Katie Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The dishwasher did unfortunately break the day before your departure. A plumber attended the same day but was unable to resolve the issue, so we promptly arranged for a white goods technician. While we understand this was inconvenient, we did everything possible to resolve it as quickly as possible. Regarding the gas cooktop, we had no prior reports of any issues, and it is more than likely you may have just run out of gas. Had you contacted us, we would have been happy to assist with this and explained how to turn the gas over the the second full bottle, just as we did when responding to all your other queries during your stay. Each bathroom has towel rails installed, the lights over the dining table were working prior to your arrival, but as you know, light bulbs can blow at any time, As for the louvre window handles and range hood, and we will review these aspects immediately.
