Welcome to your top-floor beachfront escape at Sunset Vistas in beautiful Treasure Island! This stunning 2BR/2BA penthouse condo sleeps up to 6 and offers breathtaking Gulf and beach views right from inside the unit. Relax in comfort with a King bed in the master suite (ensuite bath), a Queen bed in the guest room, and a Queen sleeper sofa for guests five and six (additional guest surcharges apply). Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and all the comforts of homeâjust steps from the sand.
Sunset Vistas offers incredible resort amenities including a geothermal-heated main pool, adult and kiddie pools, two hot tubs, fitness center, tropical courtyard, onsite cafĂ©, beach bar, office workstation, and ping pong. Youâll have one reserved covered parking space (additional parking is not guaranteed; garage clearance is 6'8"). Johnâs Pass Village is just one mile away, and area attractions like Busch Gardens and Splash Harbour Water Park are a short drive.
To help you settle in, we provide starter essentials including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, and dish towels. Each guest receives one set of bath towels and one beach towel based on occupancy. Supplies are not replenished, and we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or foil.
One guest must be at least 25 years old. Only documented service animals are permitted per ADA and Florida law. If someone other than the booking guest is paying, the payer must be added to the reservation and is the only person authorized to e-sign the rental agreement. Check-in is after 4PM; early check-in may be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee if available. Mail delivery is not permitted, and on departure day, please move your vehicle from the assigned space for cleaning access.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no-refund policy within 60 days of check-in, including cancellations due to weather, hurricanes (June 1âNov. 30), red tide, health issues, or travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if allowed, incur a $50 fee plus any rate difference.

Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animalsâonly documented service animals.
Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (including cold water or red tide), or transportation/road conditions (including flight cancellations). A change to your booking dates may not be possible; however, if a date change is approved by the owner, a $50 fee per date change will apply. If the new dates are at a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded; if higher, the difference will be charged.

Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider.
