This single level home boasts approximately 2500 square feet of living space, giving you and your friends or family ample space to relax comfortably.

High ceilings and lots of natural light make the home incredibly bright and welcoming during the daytime hours. The kitchen is fully equipped, with lots of counter space for extra seating, and an attached dining/living room area.

When you’re ready to put your feet up after a long day of sightseeing, escape to one of the three bedrooms, where you can sleep soundly and be ready for the next day of adventures - or relaxing!

The backyard of this home is a vacationer’s paradise. Relax in the sun in a lounger, have a drink at the outdoor table, or whip up some BBQ magic on the outdoor grill. **PLEASE NOTE OUR RIVER FEATURE IS CURRENTLY DRAINED**

Ready to take a dip in the water? The hot tub heats up in about 45 minutes and is perfect for soothing sore muscles. Want to cool off? The resort style pool is perfect for when the desert sun is shining bright. Please note the pool is NOT heated.

✔️ As per our neighbourhood rules, quiet time is from 10pm to 6am. Please respect our quiet street, and save the loud stuff for the strip. Vacationers who receive neighbour complaints are subject to fines by the county

✔️ Smoking only allowed outside. Please use ashtrays provided and smoke away from open doors or windows

✔️ No animals due to SEVERE allergies in our family

✔️ No parties or events. Parties or events are subject to a fine, possible eviction without reimbursement, and extra cleaning fees. Vegas has lots of party spots - please respect our home!

✔️ Please never leave children unattended when outside. The pool/hot tub area is not fenced off

✔️ We don’t have a long list of check out rules, but please take out the trash. If you have time to start the dishwasher and a load of towels, it is very much appreciated

✔️ Our home is not equipped with cable but all Smart TVs can stream Netflix/etc from your own accounts

✔️ Pool is not heated. Hot tub takes approximately 45 minutes to heat up
