This single level home boasts approximately 2500 square feet of living space, giving you and your friends or family ample space to relax comfortably.

High ceilings and lots of natural light make the home incredibly bright and welcoming during the daytime hours. The kitchen is fully equipped, with lots of counter space for extra seating, and an attached dining/living room area.

When you’re ready to put your feet up after a long day of sightseeing, escape to one of the three bedrooms, where you can sleep soundly and be ready for the next day of adventures - or relaxing!

But….there’s more!

The backyard of this home is a vacationer’s paradise. Relax in the sun in a lounger, have a drink at the outdoor table, or whip up some BBQ magic on the outdoor grill. **PLEASE NOTE OUR RIVER FEATURE IS CURRENTLY DRAINED**

Ready to take a dip in the water? The hot tub heats up in about 45 minutes and is perfect for soothing sore muscles. Want to cool off? The resort style pool is perfect for when the desert sun is shining bright. Please note the pool is NOT heated.

✔️ As per our neighbourhood rules, quiet time is from 10pm to 6am. Please respect our quiet street, and save the loud stuff for the strip. Vacationers who receive neighbour complaints are subject to fines by the county

✔️ Smoking only allowed outside. Please use ashtrays provided and smoke away from open doors or windows

✔️ No animals due to SEVERE allergies in our family

✔️ No parties or events. Parties or events are subject to a fine, possible eviction without reimbursement, and extra cleaning fees. Vegas has lots of party spots - please respect our home!

✔️ Please never leave children unattended when outside. The pool/hot tub area is not fenced off

✔️ We don’t have a long list of check out rules, but please take out the trash. If you have time to start the dishwasher and a load of towels, it is very much appreciated

✔️ Our home is not equipped with cable but all Smart TVs can stream Netflix/etc from your own accounts

✔️ Pool is not heated. Hot tub takes approximately 45 minutes to heat up

We needed RV parking and they had it. We needed 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and they had it. Very accommodating. Hot tub and pool were great. Nice, quiet cul-de-sac location and close to downtown and the strip. Would rent again if available. Thank you

It was a wonderfully spacious home. Back patio and pool were very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. Couch in the living room was not comfortable but all the amenities in the home made for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen and appliances made it a joy to cook meals and save the money from eating out for fun in Vegas. We took ride shares to and from the strip and had no problems. All in all a wonderful stay.

Perfect Stay

Everything about this property was amazing! Here's a short list of what we enjoyed. The entire family enjoyed the big and refreshing pool as well as the spa that was free to heat up. We vacationed 7 days and never ate out because the kitchen had everything needed to make meals and eat as if we were at our own home. Being very particular in the dishes I use to prepare my family's meals, there were plenty of pots and pans that were practically brand new that we felt comfortable cooking our food in, and we never felt like we were missing anything necessary to prepare anything. The beds were comfortable after a long hot day. There was so much space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms! There was even an extra office room that was convertible to a bedroom with an excellent sofa/futon style bed that my son enjoyed sleeping in the entire week. There were games for us to play along with free internet, and access to Netflix. There were plenty of towels and bedding so we never ran out the entire stay and had more than enough to get clean ones whenever we felt was necessary. The labeling around the house was perfect for being able to locate everything you needed pretty quickly. The location of this house was in a nice and quiet neighborhood a quick 10 minute drive from the strip. And best of all, host Krista was so quick to respond, literally within minutes, and always so kind and professional! Don't think twice about booking this house if you're on the fence! You'll love it!

My wife, daughter, and I returned earlier this week from a 5-night stay at the property. We would certainly recommend this property to others and would not hesitate to stay again!We were looking for a private getaway with a pool that we could enjoy during the day and venture to the strip in the evenings for dinner and shows. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just south of the airport. It is very spacious and could accommodate a larger family. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, and with three full bathrooms we were each able to have our own. The kitchen is very well-equipped with all of the cooking appliances and utensils you would need. We bought groceries at a nearby Walmart and ate breakfast and lunch each day at the house. There is also an outside grill, but we did not use. The pool is fantastic and maintained a perfect water temperature! There was also a large shaded patio that offered relief from the hot sun.We did rent a car but kept it parked in the garage most of the time. It's a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride to the strip, which saved the headache of driving and parking.Finally, I wanted to compliment the hosts Krista and Mike. They were very responsive to any questions, and it was obvious their priority was to ensure we had the most enjoyable stay. Out of all of the properties we have stayed, this is definitely one of our favorites!

Good Vacation Home

Great owner to deal with, very responsive. Easy check in and procedures. Great quiet neighborhood. Not informed river area was dirty and not operational until after check in. Pool became dirty toward end of stay on bottom and was not cleaned during the week, like our stays at other homes with pools. Lots of debris in bottom of pool from plants and trees. Ants came out in early evening around pool and owner was responsive and had treatment done. Ants still around on our last day. Pool area was nice and very private. House was clean and had enough of everything we needed.

A great time, home away from home in Vegas

The listing was very accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the home amenities that made us comfortable and able to easily use the property.Its located very close to the strip and we enjoyed being able to relax in such a great home.

Perfect Vegas Home

We traveled to Vegas for my daughter's 21st but wanted a place to stay off the strip where we could chill but still have all the amenities. This was the best house! So comfortable, had everything we wanted (pool, hot tub, space, bathrooms, etc.). It was easily accessible to the strip and airport, and we didn't have to worry about the crazy traffic. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Everything we needed to be able to cook, etc was there, and the patio is amazing with all the seating options. The beds were so comfortable, and they kindly had soap, shampoo, makeup remover towels, etc. in all the bathrooms. There were plenty of pool towels. I could go on and on, but we just really enjoyed the stay. The first night the hot tub was draining and it was because the pool guy had just been out and some part was off, but the owners had him there the very first thing in the morning so we didn't miss any hot tub time. Things happen and it is awesome when owners are available and make things a priority.. so thank you for that. We have stayed in many VRBO's, but this was definitely a favorite!

Perfect Location

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location to be close enough to the party while still staying in a quiet home. Private pool and hot tub made it feel like home. Would love to stay again.

Incredible oasis - simply stunning!!

Every question was answered promptly by the host! The layout of the home, supplies, location, no key entry, the master bed and bath were all spectacular!! However, the saltwater pool and spa with beautiful landscaping setS this VRBO far and above all the rest!! We had the best, most relaxing and fun anniversary getaway celebration! Amazing property with great accomodations

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a true oasis. The hot tub and pool were sooo relaxing after outdoor excursions. The back yard/patio area was beautiful and the outdoor controls were easy to use. Everything was labeled, which was lovely, we never had to search to hard to find anything. It was hard leaving this property because it just felt like home 😁. We will definitely stay again when we are back in town!

True Oasis

Absolutely love this property! We had a small wedding group here for 5 days& none of us wanted to go home at the end. From the king size master suite that opens up to the pool to the games inside for the wii. Everything was lovely & Krista was on top of any questions i had.

Amazing!

Krista was so responsive and helpful throughout the process, even offering an early check-in. The house was beautiful and quiet; a perfect place to catch up with family and recharge after a long week of work travel. The location is so convenient and close to all things Vegas, including the airport, which was really helpful for us because 6 of us had 4 different means of arriving in Vegas. We would all stay again; we had the best time!

We bought this home so that we could experience the excitement of the Vegas but also get some R&R when we need it. It's located on a quiet street and is an easy car/Uber/taxi ride to the strip. The backyard with the swimming pool, spa, and water feature can't be beat, and feels like we are on vacation every time we are out there!
