This is a wonderful and comfortable condo with beautiful windows and deck opening out to the rushing creek below. Great kitchen amenities as well! Enjoyed the gas fireplace to take off the chill of an October morning. And being within walking distance of main street Grand Lake is always a plus!

Wonderful property, great location

This is by far our favorite place to stay in Grand Lake! The upstairs loft with two beds is perfect for teens, and the river outside the door is an added perk! Add that to the fact that we could walk to town, and we will definitely be back!

Perfect in town place

What a great place in Grand Lake. Super close to everything in town and the waterfront, no driving necessary. It was perfect for a family of 3 and super clean, supplied well and easy to check in etc. I would definitely rent this again.

Easy to find, and walkable to everything in town, the text from the host was all we needed to get in and start relaxing. This place is family friendly; our kids had a hard time leaving the toys and books behind. Packing was easier on us since many things on our list were provided. We appreciate nice pots and pans. We want to come back since the new deck and river was romantic after a long day.

Nice Condo next to Town

We had an enjoyable stay at the Inlet Condo in Grand Lake. It's within easy walking distance of downtown and close to the entrance of RMNP. The Condo was perfect for us as an older couple. It was just what we needed.

Very nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo was very clean and very well equipped. Walking distance from town but with the patio overlooking the stream it felt like you were out away from town. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Getaway

Our family had the best time at this secluded corner spot. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the roaring river go by. Went on a long walk/hike each day and came back home feeling relaxed. We can't wait to go back and hopefully this place will available to us again because it was perfect!

Ideal Mountain Getaway

This condo has it all: location, kitchen amenities, but most of all an amazing view off the back deck of the rapids. Hard to believe you’re in town with this view. I had to contact the owner because I struggled with the door but learned quickly I wasn’t patient enough. Great vacation getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place

Sound of the river that is right next to the property is so relaxing. The condo was clean and orderly, lot's of goodies in the pantry, although I never did locate the coffee grinder they said was there. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing, but my daughter & grandson said the beds in the loft were too hard. Property manager was quick to respond and help me until I got the hang of the door lock. Great little place to stay, quiet, clean, and just very pleasant little place.
