Nancy : F3 - 70 sqm / 753 sqf located rue Gambetta, at the 3nd floor in a quiet and safe building located 10 meters away from the "place Stanislas" in the heart of the city

All bars and restaurant are very close. The best place to enjoy the city center and its attractions without the noise . The tram station to go to Artem or any other location/point of interest in the city is only 50 meters away.

This condo is a duplex, fully renovated in Jan 2022. At the first level, the main entrance, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

At the second floor, the bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a desk and queen size bed with new mattresses in each of them

Just drop your luggage when you arrive : The condo is fully equipped: High speed internet (Wifi), Netflix account included, flat screen TV, Playstation 3, washing machine, iron with iron board, cleaning equipment (vacuum, groom, ...). In the living, the sofa can be converted to full queen bed with real a mattress.

Two full set of bedsheet and towels are provided. All equipment to cook (e.g. pan), eat (plates, cutleries) or have breakfast (coffee machine, kettle) is also provided

Better for younger couples

We are 60 and in good shape but two issues. First property is big and spacious and location is excellent. Denys checked us in and was very nice. The two issues. One the WC is downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Coming down stairs at night not ideal. Second. Bedroom is at top of building. It was July. Even with fan it was very!!! Hot. Tough to sleep well. Hosts lovely and like I said younger renters might have no problem
