Gorgeous spacious, bright 1 bedroom flat with small office + balcony on 3rd floor of a beautifully restored building on quiet street. In the heart of Old Montreal, steps from metro, Rue St. Denis and all festivals. Hardwood floors, original art work.
This is a heritage home and there is a typical Montreal exterior staircase to reach the front door to the apartment. There is a set of internal stairs to reach the 3rd floor.

Perfectly located steps to Old Montreal historical sites, cheap daily public parking around the corner......hospitalable hosts on site and quickly responsive to all questions!

Great Apartment, Quiet Street in the middle of Everything.

Very much enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Sarah was responsive to my pre-trip questions, and check-in was easy. Location is great, very close to two subway stations, on a quiet street. Walking distance to old port, and tons of museums and other activities. Will stay there again next year when I return to participate in the L'International des Feux Loto-Québec. Thanks

The apartment was lovely; we enjoyed having breakfast on the beautiful garden balcony each morning. Walkable/bixi-bikeable to everything we wanted to do in the city. Sarah was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks, Sarah!

Great Location, Lovely Host!

This is a great little apartment in a great location to explore Montreal. My friends and I stayed for a week and it was fantastic! We had no issues while we were there and the host was very communicative and flexible with stashing our luggage post-check out. It is a 3rd floor apartment with a beautiful spiral staircase, which we loved, but if a lot of stairs is a deal breaker, this is not the apartment for you. Over all super lovely! Thank you Sarah, for the wonderful stay :)

Great location close to parc jean drapeau

We stayed at Sarah’s apartment for Osheaga weekend and were very happy with the accommodations. The apartment easily slept 4 adults with the pull out couch being surprisingly comfy. The location is great with a lovely unique staircase outside that’s great for photos. Sarah is timely in her responses and an attentive & accommodating host. The only thing worth noting is parking on site is not guaranteed, however, there is a paid parking garage very close by. Would recommend! Thanks Sarah.
