The best of the best! WeLoveOrangeBeach, we have been coming here with our family for over 20 years. We have waited all this time to find the perfect place to buy. We knew we wanted to be in Palm Beach because of its low density and its location in Orange Beach. And we loved the D building because is one of the absolute best unobstructed views of the gulf and the beach in the whole area. It is right by Gulf State Park so our end of the beach is quiet and will stay that way. Palm Beach isn't a high rise building where you feel packed in with everyone else. Our building is the closest to the water in Orange Beach. The unit is over 1700 sq feet - one of the largest on the beach as well! Our view looks over the whole beach in both directions - make sure to look at the photos and see how the unit and balcony are laid out to make this condo our number one choice!

WeLoveOrangeBeach is a huge 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit that sleeps 9. The unit is laid out to have the whole living room and 2 bedrooms rooms looking at the beach. It is like a wall of windows; it's really amazing. We bought the unit in 2023 and the furnishings are brand new - all furniture including beds, decor, paint, window treatments, kitchen appliances - everything!

-Living and Kitchen/Dining Area-
Truly a great room! Every part of the living area has amazing views. The leather sleeper sofa; the large sectional with chaise and the recliner allow everyone to have a seat and enjoy the water and beach views. We also incorporated extra seating with the coffee tables. The dining table seats 8, the bar seats 6 and the high top bar table seats 2(the best place to be at sunset!). The great room walks out to the big balcony with unparalled views! You even see the gulf from the granite and stainless kitchen; fully equipped with both a Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee pot, making it is a great spot to start your day. The dining area is large and a great place for family dinners or game night.

-Bedrooms-
This unit features 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The huge main bedroom is on one end of the unit for privacy with a wall of windows overlooking the beach. There is a king bed and small loveseat to have some relaxing, quiet time reading or watching a movie. The main bedroom also has its own sliding glass door that walks out to the balcony, looking directly toward the sunrise. The 2nd king bedroom is on the opposite side of the unit; it has direct access to the second bath and has a comfy swivel rocker that looks straight out to one of the beautiful pools and the beach. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, it works great for a couple or friends! All of the bedrooms have new smart TVs. There is a laundry room in the unit with a full size washer/dryer set and space to store beach chairs and toys. And of course, the unit is air-conditioned and heated.

-Resort and Outdoor Space-
Enjoy the large balcony with counter height seating so your amazing water and beach views are looking over the railing, not through it! The Palm Beach complex boasts two beach side pools - they are heated and open year round - perfect for daytime sunning on the high quality poolside furniture. The courtyard areas are nice and quiet, tucked away giving you a break from the ocean breezes. There is also a fitness center available for your use on the 3rd floor. Palm Beach Resort is the closest complex to Gulf State Park so you can easily walk the beach to the state park and many times enjoy some peace and quiet with the ocean waves and no one else in sight. The shelling is great, and tons of fun for young and old! You can also walk right across the street to Lartigue's Fresh Seafood Market, Ron Jons, the state park biking and hiking trails, and the Southern Grind coffee shop and bakery.
