Witness Melbourne's history from this lovely renovated unit, part of a heritage building. Ideally positioned at the gateway to vibrant Lygon Street, Melbourne University, Brunswick Street and the CBD; this bright place caters perfectly to anyone wishing to stay in a central but small residence.
Carlton Gardens, the Queen Victoria Market, or the State Library are just a short walk away, alternatively, use the free tram to travel through the city.

As you enter, the washing machine and dryer are located in the cupboards, and a few cupboards are empty for your use. After the entry, you will arrive in the main living area with an open-plan kitchen, a dining area as well as a lounge area, leading to the balcony. The north exposure of the balcony guarantees direct sunlight for most of the day in the lounge.
The balcony is large enough to cater for 4 people.
There is one bathroom where you can take a shower or a bath following a long day! Each bedroom has a storage capacity. The larger bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a double bed.
This apartment is located on the second and top floors of the building - accessible via a grand wooden staircase.
There is paid street parking available. If you need a long-term and covered car park, you can check the following 2 car parks that are a minute's walk from the apartment: "Greenco parking", and "Secure Parking - 28 La Trobe Street".
In the bedrooms, some windows do not have blinds (due to their original shape), so please take this into consideration.
