NOTE: If 2 people use 1 bedroom, total payment is as if only 1 person was renting, i.e., only $28 per night. By default, charge is $15 for additional Guest more than 1 person, but Guests are asked to state that they will use only 1 bedroom in order to pay only $28 total for both.Guests per night.
Similarly, 2 couples using 2 bedrooms out of the 3 pay only $56 per night, if that is stated upfront, and 3 couples would pay $84 per night. Guests are not allowed to sleep outside of the bedrooms.

The bungalow is newly built and has simple but new furnishings and appliances. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and a new air conditioner. The living room has AC too. The common bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms also has a shower, toilet and sink. The house is safe and secured by a perimeter wall, electric fence and cameras. Cameras show who enters the compound, and provided for safety. It has a 1-car parking with ample space in front of house within the compound.
