The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views and is completely separate. It has a great wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The other two bedrooms are very large, with floor-to-ceiling windows and excellent views of their own. They share a lovely bathroom. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.
Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds.
Within the building, there is a stunning indoor heated swimming pool, gym, and barbecue facilities that guests may use.
Undercover parking for one vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee.
Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs, etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday, or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer, and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5-night minimum applies. Any one or two-night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single-night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. This is not currently included in the displayed quote. The 30% loading needs to be added to the displayed quoted rate. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.
NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony.
