Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental fee to use it. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

We overall had a great week! The host was informative and helpful as we made our arrival. Communication was positive and helpful. Based off other reviews we were kind of suprised at the amount of wear and tear, and did have to communicate some issues with the cleaning of one of the bedrooms specifically. They offered to send cleaners which was nice, but we chose to get things and clean up ourselves, which we felt more comfortable with. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and pool very much! We did have a great time!

Beautiful & fun property!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 13! We thoroughly enjoyed all the house had to offer including the pool/hot tub, outdoor movie screen, game room and home theatre room. The community clubhouse was amazing too! Would highly recommend.

So much room!

This place was awesome. Close to Disney, sea world, and Busch gardens. The theater room, the pool table, the pool/spa were all great. This place has so much space and so many bathrooms! You could have a family reunion here!

First family vacation with grands

This property was exactly what we were looking! for to have fun and enjoy when we weren’t at the theme parks! The pool, the theater room, the game rooms, the projector system at the pool! Everyone loved it! The only reason I gave a 4 on cleanliness was because of weeds growing in pool area and it could use power washing

This was a great property. The house was clean, the pool was great, the theatre room was a hit with the kiddos!!!Kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time and any issues we had were felt with quickly. Would stay again.

golf trip with friend and our sons

This location was perfect for us. Great access to nearby golf courses. The boys cooked every night and then we used the the cinema and the game rooms to complete our entertainment. Great stay..
